The Popeye scramble and pancakes are delicious. Can't beat the coffee either. I would definitely stop in again.

Food came out ridiculously fast, tasty, affordable. Fairly busy for a Thursday morning. I never had to ask for a coffee refill once. Bonus points for that!

Took in a breakfast here before a swim meet up in Pleasant Prairie, WI. I had the hash and eggs. My wife had Gluten free pancakes. This is a bonus for a place to have a gluten free option. The waitstaff was nice. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend to those wanting to get away from the Grand Ave crowds.

Visited here on a Sunday, and it was packed! They were pretty efficient about getting people seated, although we could see a lot of open tables most of the time we waited (about 30 min). The breakfast menu is very large with something for everyone, and they had weekend specials that included more flavors. Overall the food was good, and... More

I love visiting the Point for breakfast whenever I am in the northern Illinois area. They have wonderful breakfast specials to suit anyone's taste. Wonderful service always with a smile. Delicious pancakes and French toast with all the extras you could want included.

This place has been here for years. I'm surprised we haven't been. Mom wanted to take us out for 4th July breakfast. We did not want to go back to Emily's and didn't want to drive all the way down to libertyville, so we decided to give this place a try. We ALL enjoyed our breakfast. Despite the fact that... More

Patient, attentive waitresses and careful, skilled cooks combine to make an experience out of a meal. The pancakes were fluffy, yet hearty; the eggs were all done to perfection - even the over-easy order was amazing; and the portions made for a filling brunch. Our waitress was training a new server, and was as patient with her trainee as she... More

Ate here on a Saturday late morning. Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which to me is a good sign of popularity. Very helpful waitress who pointed out a better way to place my order which gave me more food for a lower price. Great food and good portions. The eggs were delicious; just scrambled eggs but... We were here for an early lunch so looking for something pretty light. The half sandwich and soup seemed like a good choice. The split pea soup had a generous amount of ham and was delicious. The egg salad sandwich was the best I've ever had! Our waitress said they make it up on order and it sure seemed like... More
