Went here with our 2 year old grandson. Seems kind of cheesy with the train set-up but felt it was for kids. Huge surprise when I got my burger. No frills but was excellent.

The train service is special for little ones and makes their food and visit so much better. Typicall burgers and fries.

Great place to take little ones to watch the train deliver their hamburgers and fries (very good burgers). Service is a little spotty, very noisy (no surprise) so be prepared. A fun grandparent/grandchild outing -- bonus, trains regularly go by the restaurant outside! A little pricey for the food, but you are paying for the fun experience.

Great little place! The menu is simple and food is really good. Your food is delivered on the train in baskets! We ordered burgers and a sandwich for the adults and a hot dog for the little one. All were prepared as if we were at home in our kitchen. Staff was extremely friendly and the cook came out and... More

Nice clean restaurant and if you are OK with going down a flight a stairs to use the facilities, good deal. A little pricy for not so spectacular food.

We had lunch with our grand kids there and they just loved it. Having the train bring the food is just a novel idea and the decoration of the place is grand - even for "big kids". Since you might encounter a bit of a wait sometimes there is this mechanical horse entertaining your youngsters. The food is pretty much... More

This is a fun restaurant to take the kids one time but the fun does not make up for the gross food. Our party ordered a little bit of everything. The best you can order is a malt, the worst is a tuna salad sandwich. The tuna was not drained before mixing with the mayo and it was embarrassingly bad.... More

Have been here several times with our grandchildren. Always a fun place to go. Food is consistently good. Grass fed burgers are delicious.

We have been here a number of times, as it is a favorite for children's birthday celebrations. The food is delivered by a Lionel train, and the restaurant is located by the downtown Glen Ellyn train station, so they can see freights and commuter trains as well. It is a fun experience place for children. The first few times we... More

Kids love this place as does mine. However, over the last few years the quality of the food has dropped significantly. Repeated stale bread and buns and even a moldy PB&J given to my kid. I've eaten my last meal at this place.
