Great variety of dogs, burgers, sandwiches, etc. Delicious and quick. Several bar stools to eat at. 5 or 6 parking spaces, but plenty of parking on the street.

The beefed are good but you need to specify you want a beef and sausage combo, they need to publicize that they deliver, I was in a hospital just down the street and none of the staff knew mustards delivivered, loosing out on major business.
I have visited Mustard's Last Stand since I was a child. I visited Mustard's Last Stand yesterday to order two Polish Sausages with Ketchup, Mustard, and Relish with Large Fries and a Large Diet Coke. Mustard's Last Stand does not disappoint! Cheers! 🌭🍟🌭
Since Jerry Starkman opened Mustard's Last Stand in 1969, its motto has been "Ketchup to Mustards." Please. Spare me. Ketchup on a hot dog? Remember, Clint Eastwood once said: "Nobody, I mean nobody, puts ketchup on a hot dog." I agree. Hot dogs weren't meant for ketchup. We stopped here while heading to the football game at Ryan Field. The service was quick friendly and the food is classic hot dog stand fair. Prepared quickly, while you wait, fresh and hot. We did not get fries as we wanted a quick sandwich. But a great experience. Full disclosure, I do not compare a hot dog stand to... More
We went there for a quick lunch prior to a college visit for my daughter and it was fine. It's a good Evanston institution and the food and service were okay.
Anyone who wants to know what life has been like in Evanston for the past 30 or so years can get some idea from the places that have lasted that long. Name another, please? I've been getting the same somewhat greasy, terrific food here since 1990, and it wasn't new when I came. You can patronize them before or after... More
You drive up to a tiny hut with concrete tables firmly cemented into the ground. You've got to know this place is a dive. It's next to NU's football stadium and if it isn't a historic landmark yet then it will be someday. You can guess the demographic. The service is fantastic. The choices are a lot more than dogs... Evanston landmark. Great burgers, french fries and beef sandwiches. Ice cream. While waiting in line I heard lots of great chatter about the hot dogs and polish sausage too but did not try.
I m not a hot dog lover, but some days you just have to have one. Wildcats, Northwestern @ Mustard's Last Stand just go hand in hand
