After finally getting to experience the Chef's Table at Alinea, I can say that it was the best dining experience I've had to date. As they pride themselves on, it's more of a show than just food.

I would recommend a jacket. It is probably not mandatory but everyone had one on when we where there.

I went for the full menu at the gallery as I wanted the full experience and it was just right for 1 person
