this place is up and down. i've been four times. got a BLT and a grilled reuben sandwich. both were great, but the next time i got two reubens. one was fine but the other was cold, not grilled and the cheese not melted. also,...in both cases it took a very long time to get the sandwiches, over 10 minutes. got a whole pizza once and it was great. but the next time i got 3 slices (2 thin, 1 deep) and they were very poor--dead crust, little flavor, too salty. i don't think i'll go back anymore. it's like the 2-faced girl from seinfeld.More

Although the place is a dump they have the best corn crust pizza! Always friendly staff and you can eat outside on picnic tables BYOB. 5 stars for pizza, 1 star for ambiance & atmosphere.

My Pie was one of my favorite pizzas when I lived in Chicago 36 years ago, so imagine my surprise when I found it still existed, when I recently visited Chicago. Well, sort of. It used to be a full sized restaurant, but now is...in a different location and it appears to be more of a "take-out" establishment. There are a few small tables and chairs inside and a few for outside dining (but the weather was not great when we visited) if you want to eat in. The pizza, however, was EXACTLY as I remembered it, tasty, with great crust and generous toppings. Glad I made the effort to find My Pie again!More

One of the better deep dishes in Chicago! Crust was crisp, sauce and cheese were very fresh, and toppings were flavorful. This place should be higher on people’s radar for experiencing Chicago deep dish!

The pizza here is the best I have ever had. There used to be several of these throughout the United States. I have eaten My Pi in Miami and Phoenix and Chicago. Sadly, only the Chicago location remains..and it has moved from Fullerton and Clark...finally to Damen. I am glad there is still one left. Every time I am in Chicago, I stop in for pizza. They will ship to your home - that is not quite as good as eating at the restaurant.More

This place was recommended by Ray at Ray's Bucktown B&B. We each had a slice of deep dish pizza and it was the best we'd tried.It's a small place with some seats indoors and some outdoors. Worth it!!

Best crust ever!!! It is perfect. Cheese was just right and the other topping were good, not plentiful but good. You can skip the "chain" pizza places cause they wont be as good as here. The place is super small as it only sits about...6. There are picnic tables outside. The parking lot is even smaller. Better be a skilled parker or drive a compact. Street parking is also available. Worth the trip.More

We stopped for pizza and rather than order and wait for a deep dish, we opted for a couple of deep dish slices. We got a sausage piece, a sausage and pepperoni piece and a mushroom piece. They were flavorful, but with slices, you do...get what is on display. It is not bad pizza, but not the best in Chicago. They have thin slices, as well, besides other menu items. Have it made for you, I'm sure that it is a whole lot better. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There is not a lot of seating (along a counter by the window) and the parking lot can get a bit tight.More

So, I stopped by here to get a slice of pizza on my way out of Chicago. I was enjoying trying pizza at different places, and I found that this slice unfortunately fell a bit short. Don't get me wrong, the pizza was good (if...a bit too tomato-y) but it just didn't stand up to the other pizza I had had. The crust was nice and crispy, not very greasy, but I just didn't find the flavour to be amazing. Overall an okay slice.More

Tonight in Huntersville NC our family enjoyed pan pizza from My Pie in Chicago. We ordered four deep dish on-line and they arrived as scheduled, frozen. We thawed in fridge and baked each in our own oven for a bit over 25 minutes and they...came out perfect, just like at the restaurant. Myself and two other family members have ate at My Pie (old location on Clark St) many many times and this was just as good. We will order again! We really missed My Pie pizza, we totally think it is THE best in Chicago. Regards to J.J.More

This place rocks. They serve a small deep dish (enough for one hungry person), which is great for me and my wife, as she doesn't like deep dish. The thin crust is awesome as well. Thanks My Pie!!
