We visited Wildberry on our first trip to Chicago due to the large number of reviews. We thought, "Hey, this must be the best spot for breakfast!" Judging by the lengthy wait time, we figured it was going to be extremely worth it. We "saved"...More

Seriously the pancakes are amazing. We had the pumpkin spice ones and they are to die for. Reserved on the Yelp app and we're seated within 10 mins. Ordered eggs Benedict and the potato vegetable egg skillet. Both were just okay. Kind of disappointing given...More

If there is a wait do sweat it as they will seat you pretty fast. I got the skillet with pancakes and everything was delicious. Easily worth the praise that it receives.

Went at 12:30 on a Wednesday, no line at all which was fantastic. Was served in a friendly and prompt manner, and had what may have been the best breakfast of 2017. Had the espanola omelette and the seasonal pumpkin cinnamon pancakes, both of which...More

We tried Wildberry due to the high rating of TripAdvisor- we were disappointed in the rating. We waited 45 minutes to be seated and then the food just wasn’t to our liking. Everything we ordered had a sweet taste to it. Even the tea had...More

Aside from the long wait, all other is great at Wildberry in Chicago. I went there to run the marathon and couldn't make it. I returned this year for the same race now as a cheerleader and finally made the line. It was worth it,...More

I ate here on my last morning in Chicago, arriving at about 6:45 AM on a Monday. There were only a few table occupied, so clearly this was a great time to go, with no wait. The server was very friendly and the service was...More

The wait is long, even for early on a Sunday, we entered the waitlist through yelp. I strongly urge you to do the same, even though it estimated 72 minutes it turned out to be close to 90 before we were sat. Luckily we got...More

If you go there on a weekend you should be early. We got there at about 8.15am and the wait was 20mins. At around 9.00 it was already over an hour. The food was fantastic. So many yummy choices it took me forever to decide....More

Omelets are phenomenal. Toast is fresh. Hash browns are the best in the City. Portion size is large. Servers get you in and out knowing you have places to go the in the morning. This may be the best breakfast spot in the Windy City.

We had heard that there would be a long wait but we didn't arrive until around 9 am on a Thursday morning (Apr20). We were seated after 3 minutes but when we left around 10:30 it looked like there was a longer wait.

You're absolutely right! You could stay at your hotel, or swing by the Chicago Cultural Center right across the street and check out the Tiffany glass dome, or some of the art exhibits they always have running. It's a free... More
