Wonderful Thanksgiving buffet with family. Perfectly cooked Turkey, and so many wonderful entrées to try. Excellent wait staff!

We were staying at the Hilton Palmer House hotel and the weather was bad.Decided to eat dinner at the hotel,to our surprise the food was excellent. They have a very nice person at the desk seating guests named Shalonda Williamson. The service was also good.I would recommend this restaurant.

Breakfast was a unfortunate experience not only for the service, but also for what they recommended as their most requested breakfast item, Eggs Benedict. Our water glasses were not filled and we had to request this. Eggs Benedict arrived with cooked poached eggs, and a bed of lettuce on top of the egg. The egg should be runny, and spinach... More

Due to bad weather in Chicago we stayed at the hotel for dinner and had an outstanding meal! Great service, excellent menu. There were four of us and we each had something different, from the burata salad to the flat iron steak (cooked perfectly as I ordered) to the grilled asparagus, which were so good I decided to make them... Believe it or not some hotels offer the worst breakfast ever... NOT Lockwood, calling their breakfast a buffet is an understatement. It's all beautifully done. They offer these melt in your mouth pancakes, special order omelettes, and freshly squeezed orange juice... "to die for". 2-thumbs up, 5-stars, and as I pound the table "more pancakes'.

Nothing special. As others have said, menu is very limited, and prices are sky-high. There are much better options else where.

We ordered the salmon and the chicken. Service was very good. The hotel is worth a visit in itself. The lobby ceiling is a masterpiece. Chef Matt and his team does an amazing job. Their rooftop garden produces much of their salads and peppers. The chicken came with all kinds of spices. The salmon included a roe topping! You will... More

Enjoyed breakfasts each day and dinner one evening. The food was excellent. The staff are friendly and courteous. Drinks at the restaurant bar in the lobby was an excellent stop in the evenings.

Went here today to try the Chocolate Brownie it was good but the Long Island Iced Tea was great. Great lobby as well as part of the Palmer House.
