A hidden gem in Bloomingdale that always hits the mark with their comfort food. Great owner, loves his business and product. Simple to complex dishes, nice wine list and full bar, great appetizers, and home made deserts. The appetizers are substantial enough for small plate lingering. They also promote their business with weekly discounts.

I love this Italian restaurant and is one of my favorite to take out of town guest to visit. The only downside is non refillable soft drinks and the ecoustics aren't great. The food is delicious.

I have been here many times in the last 13 years I have lived in Bloomingale. They are a quaint little place with delicious cuisine. A little pricey and the decor needs a facelift but the food is excellent and the drinks are always good.

I keep forgetting this place because of where it is located. Once I come here I am mad at myself I do not come here more. Everything is always great. Fried calamari, stuffed artichokes, rolled eggplant! The chicken Vesvio is the best around had to come here with a friend that thinks Spacoves is so guess what...Amalfis was the winner.... More

Live 10 minutes a way and never knew this placed existed. I went with a group of 12 and Amalfi received high compliments from all. The specials were original and incredible and the standard menu didn't disappoint either. Appetizers included calamari, fried clams, both wonderful, and stuffed artichoke that was easily the best I have ever had. I saw the... More

Best Stuffed Artichokes in Chicagoland area, never seems to disappoint. I think of all the years we came sent this dish back once because it was too salty. Fried Calamari is perfect! Just about every entree will not leave you disappointed. It is small and can get noisy on a friday and saturday night. Recommend reservations for those evenings. You... More

Favorite go-to place without traffic and waiting lines. The nightly specials are wonderful and the rest of the menu is large. Portions are big and reasonably priced. Chicken, pork and pasta dishes. The white wine sauce with the mussels is so good! Nice homey atmosphere.

Great food, great staff, great place!!! Frank, the owner, typically greets you, unless he's cooking. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu has a nice variety and there daily specials to add to the offerings. But my favorite thing is "the garlic rolls"! 😋 This neighborhood gem is just a few minutes off of I-355, check it out!!
