Simply the best pizza in the Treasure Valley. Hand tossed and spun with some of the very best speciality ideas anywhere! How about August with the special harbanero pizza (served with a little ice cream on the side to cool your taste buds of they become overheated. Sadly one has to wait until next August for seconds! Great food, wonderful... More

We first became familiar with the Flying Pie in Issaquah, WA so we were excited to see one in Boise. Unfortunately the pie fell way short! Not even in the same ballpark! They did deliver right to the hotel door and the delivery guy was great. The order was correct and they gave us plenty of plates, napkins, parmesean, etc.....

The Flying Pie Pizzeria is a well awarded local establishment, however the building is the same original small building. With this limited space and limited staff it seems as if there is a lunch rush staff become over loaded and fall behind on their orders. It toon an hour for my table to get one medium pizza. Flying Pie is... More

WE loved the pizza, and they deliver to Hillside Suites which just made it more awesome. When they are busy it takes a while, so try to order and hour before you want to eat.

We went with our 18 month old granddaughter. Our pizzas were fantastic. They were very understanding of Lily's mess under the high chair. Waitress gave her a balloon! We had a nice family time and good food.

We visited on a Friday night when there was a wait for a table. We were able to get a table before the pizza arrived. It is wonderful watching the show of the prep crew work together to make pizza, it is really a symphony. Our pie was crispy crust, not too thin and not too doughy. Our pizza made... More

Really good pie overall. Standard crust is always crispy and not thin but not too crazy thick either. I am most impressed with the freshness of their toppings and they don't skimp on them like so many others do. Keep it going! Friendly service as well.

Rocks! Love the character of the place. You could see how your pizza is made. They have good selection of brew to go with your preference. People are nice and friendly.
