Consistently good time after time. All of the scones and pastries look wonderful but being GF I get the loaded potatoes. Come early as it gets busy but always worth the wait.

Great food, large quantities, reasonable prices. The only complaint is that they have one location and it is a 35 minute drive from our home. Hopefully they will consider opening a location near the Meridian Village!

There are several coffeehouses in Boise which have their own unique style. Here's one of them. Not as popular or centrally located as other choices, but if you're on the west side this spot is a good choice for all types of beverages and comestibles. Have fun.

Review for date 4/8/17: There with a friend who recommended it. Ordered the "Spanish potatoes." In a city known for its Basque heritage, I would question the nomenclature of this dish, but that's another discussion entirely. It's a large portion of fluffy scrambled eggs (delicious) with light seasoning, with a large portion of country potatoes (cut very small, hard almost... More

Wish every restaurant was Big City Coffee. We love this place when we come to Boise. Gigantic tasty sloppy portions of everything. Eggs to satisfy an NFL player. Everyone shares or takes home something. Bagels that could compete with New York and pastries bigger than your head. Big noisy communal atmosphere with retro decor and lots of shared tables.

I love this place SO much-- their scones (as big as your head) and biscuits and gravy (bigger than your head) are delicious, coffee is great, and I've never had food here I didn't love (or could finish). Portions are huge, make sure to share or take a to-go container home. Farmhouse seating fills up fast, so don't be shy... More

Recommend. Found via google maps On first attempt restaurant was pretty busy with no signs of progress at the counter. Not a problem, so I checked out the Outdoor Exchange and Crazy Neighbor shop across the street for a bit. On return, no line, quick and friendly service, and good coffee. Had a egg sandwich and I am fairly certain... More

Hello there - just wanted to let you know our eggs are fresh cracked by hand and then we steam them on a converted espresso machine so they come out light and fluffy like scrambled eggs but with no added oil or fat for frying. We have a small space that serves several hundred people a day and it gets... More

This is a favorite spot for breakfast. Its often busy at that time, but well worth the wait. Its a great place to meet friends or family, and the prices are reasonable. I'm not a fan of their sandwiches, but the breakfast fare is very good. Great ambiance and cool decor.

Thank Elaine L
