Let me start by saying......Absolutely Delish!!!!!! If you're seeking Italian Immersion.....this is your dish. Cucina Di Paolo is an inconspicuous eatery located on S. Vista Ave, and while no larger than a shipping container, Paul and team prove great things can come from small packages. Interestingly enough, this World of Italian Deliciousness offers Eat-In, Carry-Out, and Take & Bake reminiscent... More

They have the best Italian American comfort food I have eaten.I always choose any of their fish as the chef hand picks each and every piece of fish and cooks it when he gets it for ultimate freshness even though Boise is no where near the coast. He is a former chef with no formal training who gets it right... More

The lasagna is a family favorite. Had the New England clam chowder this afternoon and it was fantastic.

This is a great mom and pop Italian restaurant. I could not decide on what to get because everything looked amazing! The service is great, and the owners love talking and getting to know everyone. I was just in town for 1 day, but I'll definitely be back here on my next trip!

Ordered lasagna for takeout to take back to my hotel. The entree came with bread and a salad. Also ordered a piece of tiramisu to satisfy the sweet tooth. The restaurant is very small, but the owners do their very best make sure you are comfortable - it's obvious that they care about their food and customers. For my taste,... More

We stepped off the plane and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before driving up to McCall. It's a little store front type place and we were not sure about it, decided to order and see how it turned out. Once our food was brought out and we dug in Veronica said "this is crazy good food!" We... More

I pass Cucina Di Paolo daily, and admire the washing woman's changing outfits as holidays and seasons change. My first visit was well worth while. They specialize in homemade lasagnas and desserts. I ordered a traditional with a house salad and a cup of coffee, my partner ordered a weekly special of gnocchi in a mushroom sauce. The meals were... More

This small restaurant is one of those rarities you only encounter a few times in your life. It's a place you gladly revisit because you know the food will always be unique and different. It's a place that brightens your mood. It's a place that is never dull, and that you relish intensely because it never disappoints you. It's one... More

This restaurant was down the street from my hotel and easy to get to. I arrived in the middle of the day, between lunch and dinner and was very happy to find they were open and serving still. I had a delightful small salad with their blue cheese vinaigrette and the chicken meatballs and fettuccine. The food was spectacular! I'm... More
