Good pub food, well stocked bar, with helpful, friendly staff. Great place for families as there are activities for the young ones in the garden they will enjoy. Happiness all round!

Good pub food and an incredibly friendly welcome. Not a gastro pub but a local pub with good homemade food (very good quality homemade chicken nuggets on the children's menu a welcome suprise). Good value and the proprietors were lovely.

Noticed this lovely traditional Country pub while visiting the area. We had a wonderful pint of real ale, really friendly staff and land lady. The restaurant area looked lovely with beautiful views. Well worth a visit.

Description
Have visited many times over the past two years and always find the hospitality and food to be of a very high standard. The food is wonderfully prepared and presented using fresh local ingredients. There is a well stocked bar and the the owners are friendly and will go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your visit - the very best gastro-pub in the region!
