We were looking for a "different" place to have dinner at while in town for work and ran across the Iron Horse Tavern. It is a quaint, little place off the busy, main roads that invites you in with its old time charm and English...More
The Iron Horse has always been one of our favorite places. We usually eat here once a week. The burger is my go to meal. It was obviously hand made and had a great flavor. They have changed the burger! It is factory made and...More
Was looking for good fish and chips. This place was listed on TripAdvisor. The place is like an English pub but the food wasn't. The fish was pre-prepared (packaged) frozen and thrown in a deep fryer. The chips were OK. Will not return.
We had drinks at Iron Horse tavern and it was a nice place for it. They have some good draft beer choices. They also had a nice fire going which we sat near. The atmosphere was good and our server was great. We did not...More
We stopped in here a few nights ago. The wife ordered the Reuben and it was great. I finished it off for her. I ordered the Mediterranean Gyro with a salad, great as well. Thursday night is trivia night. Great bar atmosphere with sports on...More
It's a legit old school tavern. But the food was amazing, the drinks were cold and the people were nice. It's exactly what I was looking for. A very cool place that isn't a chain. Highly recommend.
After a long day, we met with a colleague at the Iron Horse. Service was prompt in this Irish styled pub. We enjoyed wings and sandwiches including a lobster grill cheese. Our food was good. We'll stop back when we're able to relax a bit...More

I am very happy I found this spot. Loved the motif. A very authentic old school tavern. They have a great selection of beers, both draft and bottled. Not the average pub menu. There were some very unique entrees that are true to London. I...More
