I'm not a big fan of Sprayberry's, lots of people are though. I think it has too much fat. But in all honesty I've only been there 2 times.

We are glad that you liked your barbecue. Our Brunswick stew is my grandmother's family recipe and we have been making it the same way for 92 years. We know that it is a matter of taste. Our other sides are all homemade and maybe...More

What a wonderful review! We are so glad that you love our vinegary barbecue sauce and sweet and sour slaw, as well as the Brunswick stew. The barbecue sauce and Brunswick stew recipes are passed down through our family since my grandparents started Sprayberry's in...More

We are sorry that you didn't care for our classic Georgia barbecue. I do have to say that ALL of our meats are slow-cooked on our barbecue pits every day. We cook barbecue hams (not shoulders) and they lend themselves well to slicing or chopping...More

Begun in the 1920s, Sprayberry's Barbecue still operates in its original location on Jackson St. They have a second location near I-85 and the food is good at both places. If barbecue is not your favorite, try their chicken fingers or a meat-and-two special at...More

Thank you for your kind words! We couldn't have said it better ourselves. Just to add on, Aristocratic Hamburgers are the largest selling non-barbecue item on our menu. Give that a try too! Please come back soon.

This is a local Icon, been around Newnan forever, they offer a lot of your typical bbq joint fare. There sauce is a vinegar base so if you don't really like that flavor this might not be the place for you. Not a bad place...More

We have been serving our barbecue and Brunswick stew since 1926. However, we don't like to think that we are typical. We cook fresh hams, bottom round beef, baby back ribs and chicken on our pits every day the same way my grandfather did. Our...More
