You gotta go there and eat. Be sure to get there before 3:00PM they close then. We got there at 3:05 and was informed they were closed. I guess we looked so disappointed they said come on in we will fix you something anyway. My wife had what she said was the best Chicken Salad she ever ate. The chosen... More

"On the square" used to be a common direction for businesses in small southern. county-seat towns. And, that's where Ann's Deli sits, bringing new life to what used to be a drugstore. The menu is simple: sandwiches, wraps, salads, and the like. When I stop at a new place and the menu has a Reuben, I go for it. When... More

Great little deli, fresh yummy food, wide selection of food on the menu and same with the cakes. On the corner near the courthouse with plenty of parking. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Called ahead to verify hours. We arrived an hour before closing. Staff was shutting down and made no effort to hide their disgust that we had come for handmade milkshakes. We were made to feel most unwelcome. And the shakes weren't even good!! Never again....

The deli was built into an old pharmacy from "yesteryear". Ann is the owner. She always remembers people, making great conversation and makes one feel at home. The Deli kept the Sundae counter that was there for the old drug store. It was always a treat to get ice cream there. Food is good, everyday good home cooking. Great homemade... More

I was in town for training and didn't want to eat at a single fast food place. My buddy and I stopped at Ann's for lunch one day. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It has the nice small town charm that is often replicated but usually lost in franchises. I had the Reuben. The meat and... More

Visited here while training at GPSTC. I must say this is a hidden gem on the square. Excellent food, great friendly service with a smile and awesome sweet tea.

I had a club sandwich here that was very tasty... I was a little confused though because I thought it should have been toasted, but it wasn't. I ended up removing the center slice of bread and was still stuffed to bursting when I left. The bacon was crisp, the turkey tasted great, it was a very good sandwich. (Toasted... More

My family had moved to the area recently. The kids and I decided to take a tour of Forsyth to familiarize ourselves with the town. We walked to Ann's Deli, hoping for a yummy lunch. We barely got service at our table. Frankly, I felt like we were bothering our waitress with our presence. The food was not great. We... More
