Seven has has really delicious flavors and a low-key environment. I recommend it to anyone who loves a good piece of schnitzel or fried chicken and international flavors

When you eat chicken everywhere else your options are "Fried" or "Grilled" but when you eat a chicken sandwich in Seven Hens - your are traveling for flavor around the world ! From the tangy American (Coleslaw, BBQ) to my favorite the Mexican (spicy goodness!) and many many more ! the sides are to die for ! try the sweet... More

It was delicious and they always have a Scoutmob going! There is a bit of a clean hole in the wall vibe there, but overall great experience!

I got an Indian Schnitzel to go. Either there was no sauce or it was tasteless but there was nothing "Indian" about the sandwich. By the time i got home (about 5 minutes), the bread was getting soggy, and had no flake to the crust. The chicken itself was okay but nothing special, plain tasting pounded fried chicken breast, and... More

This was a nice change of pace for pounded and breaded chicken. The topping choices and combinations of menu items were great. The staff was also great and welcoming!

i had read the reviews & was excited to try this place. It was an epic fail! One person working her tail off. Was dirty, baseboards by the soda fountain = gross. Nothing special about the chicken. I did enjoy the fries. Buyers remorse for this joint.

I'd heard of Seven Hens for a few years but never had visited. We decided to visit to break out of our regular lunch routine. The various sandwiches looked appealing both online and at the counter. I ordered the French Schnitzel (olive tapenade, dijon mustard, herbs) on a baguette. The wife had the Indian Schnitzel (curry yogurt, cucumbers) as a... More

Whatever it was, it was good! I can't imagine if they prepared it fresh instead of frozen. The location is in a strip mall but very accessible. The cashier/cook was very friendly and helpful.

Hubby and I were looking for something different to eat on a budget and I pulled out my Scoutmob app and we arrived at Seven Hens. Tucked in a small shopping center off N Decatur Rd, we venture in after doing some serious maneuvers to park. Seven Hens is not huge in size but it has character. We were pleasantly... More

I recently went to the Seven Hens in Decatur, because I desperately wanted a fresh salad. I did a google search and the picture of the salad looked delicious. I ordered a grilled schnitzel salad and when I was given the bag, I knew that it was not much salad in the container. The salad looked NOTHING like the picture... More
