Ate dinner here with my wife before a show (the band, Cracker). Drinks were good, seating was tight but manageable. Food was pretty good, too. Excellent small room to see a show, no bad seats in the house. I'm guessing it seats maybe 75-80 people...More

We drive an hour plus to go to this place because it had been advertised there was to be a Blues singer on at 2pm. The Hostess knew nothing about it. The upstairs bartender said, "Sometimes they show up & sometimes they don't." We had...More

Sorry for the bland experience, we have several new in-house staff, which might be why the service was slow and the hostess didn't know about the live music. We have also recently changed our regular free live music. For a while we had a Blues...More

I loved the vibe of the restaurant and was excited by the clearly marked gluten free and vegan options. We'd arrived for lunch on a weekday. Unfortunately, the service and food didn't match the expectation I had walking in. Our server was inattentive - we...More

Hey Jacqueline, We apologize for the bad experience. We've recently hired newer staff, which may have been the cause or the lack of organization. We are constantly trying to improve so we really appreciate your input. You are completely right, you should have received kids...More

This restaurant is located on the Public Square in Dahlonega. It is a convenient to the Gold Museum. The menu is not your typical local cuisine. The vegetable soup is tasty, but not like any you have ever eaten before. I had a BLT sandwich...More

Not my first visit, but definitely my last. We were there 2 Fridays ago. We were seated in the main dining room in front of the stage. I asked if we could be seated upstairs as I remembered it being more cozy, and they were...More

Thank you for your feedback, as you know we have recently hired new in house staff and many of them are still learning the ropes. It can get tricky on the evenings we have music because many folks buy their seats for the show online...More

While our meals were decent (salad and sandwiches), we waited about an hour for our food. For a restaurant that was not even half full and a noon reservation, we expected a lot more. The staff did not do a very good job of communicating...More

I'm sorry to hear about your experience at The Crimson Moon. We've recently hired more inew n-house staff which might be why there seemed to be a lack of communication, and much slower service. There's really no excuse, and we are constantly trying to improve,...More

At 3.45 on a holiday weekend and the place as half empty but the staff were struggling to cope. The first 2 beers ordered were out of stock and the staff didn't really care.

The food was delightful and full of flavor. We went for dinner and were surprised to see that there would be a musician playing shortly after we arrived. We gladly paid for tickets to stay for the show and absolutely loved it!

The service is good and the menu variety is ok. A little pricey for what you get but it does taste good.
