Situated on the first floor of a 1960s-era motel, the restaurant is clean, multiple big-screen TVs, bar and a scattering of Mexican memorabilia. But something is missing. Service. That's it. I arrived about 5pm. A few customers. Greeted promptly, order taken, food arrived soon after. Then. Then. Nothing. After an uncomfortable wait, the waiter arrived with a check. My wife... More

I really enjoyed the food here. Very tasty at a good price. Very casual setting with good service. Nice place for families. also had very good drinks - I had a pina colada. Definitely a nice spot to get a good meal while in town.

This resturant would have been scored higher than a 5 of I could. The steak is absolutely delicious and our whole party enjoyed their food. Try the fried ice cream, it's the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

The food was mediocre, at best, and the service was almost Jekyll and Hide. And I do mean Hide, not Hyde, because the waiter would disappear for long stretches of time. He was friendly enough when we did see him though. To be fair, we did show up for dinner about 30 minutes before closing, so maybe that contributed to... More

We ordered the pork burrito, taco salad and soft taco. All were delicious and very reasonably priced.

We went for lunch. Everything was just fine food/ service/ wait time . The food was nothing spectacular but at the same time for the low cost nothing was wrong either

We stopped to have lunch with another couple. All four of us thought the food was very good! The service was good and the people were friendly. We will return again. Thank you La Pachanga for a great lunch experience.

Ok, we've now eaten at all 5 Mexican food places in Rabun County plus Taco Bell - and being from Texas, I know good Tex-Mex. The only place to consider is La Pachanga ! All the other's are watered down versions. On my scale, LaChanga is #1, and Taco Bell is #2, that's how bad the other 4 restaurants are.

Absolutely delicious soup---fresh ingredients and savory taste. Mexican tacos are yummy with onions and cilantro.

If you like Mexican cooking then La Pachanga is the place to go. The food they serve is authentic Mexican style and is always fresh. The bar does not skimp when they make your margarita and the atmosphere is nice and the service has always been excellent.

Thank Ronald C
