The food is great and they have every sandwich you can imagine but the attention to cleaning is lacking and the seating area needs some updates.

Hopkins is a local favorite. It is family owned and offers a wide selection of items for lunch or dinner. My favorite is the Walnut Gorgonzola salad. There is a mini and a regular. The regular is really a large portion. You can add chicken for an additional charge. Their dressings are homemade and so good! They have great sandwiches... More

Good food at a fair price. I'd definitely go there again. BTW - The portions were huge! The review form says that my review has to be 100 characters so I am writing this extra information for that purpose only.

Always great! Staff is very friendly too! I've been eating at Hopkins since the early 80's. It has stayed true to itself as a healthy alternative for lunch. Thanks

Hopkins is such a popular place with the locals, especially for lunch. The sandwiches, soups and salads are superb. Very fresh ingredients, beautifully assembled and presented. I have never tried the desserts but they look great and all appear to be homemade.

Hopkins eatery is a Tallahassee locals favorite. I've been going there since mid-80s! Delicious healthy sandwiches - my favorite is the Garden ( spinach, sunflower nuts, cheeses, sprouts and other veggies) . And always get the minted sweet tea. On this day I splurged and got a homemade Congo bar, too. Yum!!

I have tried nearly everything on the menu. All items are very tasty. Big variety of salads, sandwiches and soups. The owners work there everyday and they couldn't be any nicer. fast service as well. A jewel of a restaurant.

This place has been one of my favorite spots in town for quite some time. They have an awesome selection of deli style sandwhiches that you really cant find anywhere else in town. They are very fast and efficient and the staff is friendly. Also, the home made soups are some of the best i have ever had! If you... More

I often go to Hopkins when I'm in the mood for a tuna melt or a reuben sandwich--there is a bit of a wait at lunchtime because it's a popular place, but the wait is usually worth it. It's a good place to have lunch with a colleague, since the noise level is low, and it's easy to engage in... More

Was in a hurry and on this side of town last week. Stopped in and had a great turkey sandwich and chips. Very clean and quick service.
