Awesome flavors and concept I just wish more energy from the servers. We went twice and they just don't seem happy to be there and it shows. Flavors and mixes were awesome. We tried different ones and all very good and fun to watch making with the smoke going.

Expensive yes, but no different than Cold Stone. Just watching the ice cream freeze before your eyes is worth the cost. All kind of combo options - would recommend.

We have learned to avoid the dessert hour so we can really enjoy the fun of sitting together while enjoying the best ice cream on Siesta key. Make up your own mix and get ready to say, "this is really good"

Delicious! Cool process and customizable flavors. Staff was friendly and quick! Line was long but it was worth the short wait.

I can't express how much I love this place! Cherry charge is where it's at but I would love to try many others if I could only make myself not get the cherry charge. So basically you pick the type of creamery you want ( original ice cream, custard, froyo, sorbet). They put the liquid base you chose in a... More

This place is one of a kind!!! The ice cream was SO good and personally I like it better than Orange Octopus, Olaf and other places in the area. This place is SO unique and definitely worth the visit. Would recommend 10/10!!!!!

Sub Zero offers great ice cream and isa fun experience watching you ice cream frozen in front of you. Our family definitely prefers it to the Big Olaf and we are told by locals that it is their place of choice on the island.

You get small portions which are pricey. We had 3 smalls (which are super small) and the total was a bit over $15! It was cool preparation but the ice cream wasn't good enough for me to pay that money again.

We tried Sub Zero this January for the first time and had a great experience. We went in for the novelty but ended up loving the ice cream. No freezer burn, just delicious ice cream. And the whole process is a blast to encounter. Everyone should give it a try.

The hook of this place is the unique and interesting prep of your dessert. They combine the ingredients in a stainless bowl, then use liquid nitrogen to freeze the treat. One of the employees asked if we were familiar when we entered, which we were not. She gave us a very good rundown of how the process worked. The kids... More
