It looks great but appears to be closed. Not sure if that's permanent or covid or holidays. It is in a really great location. The general store next door has coffee, from a machine, and open until 7pm....

We stopped here for a light breakfast and coffee before doing the Bruny Island cruise. I loved this place! The view, the fresh air, the coffee, the muffin. I have usually found in these breakfast spots in isolated vacation/tourist spots that the service can be...awful and at times rude as the owners know they have a monopoly business and the customers are usually not repeat. This was clearly not the case. I found the proprietors to be lovely and gracious. Definitely stop for a nice coffee and maybe more.More

They serve excellent coffee, here. Full cream, soy, almond and other milks available. Van Diemen cherry sorbet was very tasty and seems to sell out. We haven't tried their meals but the dumplings look and smell impressive

A small cafe on Bruny island serving specialty coffee and a few breakfast items. It’s a cute local place with a handful of tables inside and a few more out on the porch. The staff was super friendly and cheery, Menu I is limited-I got...the ham & cheese croissant and my wife and egg roll (aka sandwich). It took a bit of time to get the food but we were in no hurry. Taste wise it was fine. -just for me, nothing all that special. Nonetheless we are happy to support small local places lIke these and wish them well. There are so few places to have breakfast on the island that this is worth a stop.More

Pleasant location - entered for a relaxing Sunday afternoon break. Waited sometime at counter to order while various staff ran in and out of kitchen serving at random looking rushed and grumpy. No cakes/tarts or delicacies (never - or just that day - not quite...sure) Coffee mediocre. Although 'boss?' appeared friendly and laid back, more attention to staff management and the service his customers are receiving might help. However will reserve judgment until I return for a meal as I hear the food is good.More

Basic menu that delivered in spades. Fantastic coffee - best I’ve had in a long time - and friendly service. The simple menu provides something for everyone. The icing on the cake was the home made dumplings. A bit pricey but authentic, family recipe (the...guy serving us said his wife wouldn’t even tell him the recipe!) including hand made pastry. Wow, best dumplings outside Asia, and on Bruny Island, what are the chances!More

This cafe is one of two on Bruny Island. Menu adequate (if hungry), however nothing appealing other than items from a refrigerated display cabinet and other overpriced items The Chinese food looked great but wasn’t available. (The menu blackboard was difficult to read - a...bit of a dogs dinner.) The atmosphere was so laid back you could be excused for not stopping because you thought you weren’t wanted.More

Great coffee and great crepes . At Adventure bay. Right across from the beach listening to the sounds of waves crashing in.

Found this great cafe for lunch right across from the beach at Adventure Bay. We had a chicken salad, homemade dumplings and my sister finished off with a nutella crepe! Don't be fooled it's not just coffee and crepes - the homemade dumplings were amazing!...Ask them about dinner, we had a wonderful meal and experience. Thanks Ben and ConnorMore
