Noted for their Mojitos with everything fresh, they have authentic great Cuban sandwiches & a specialty salad to die for. If there’s a line in season,it’s worth the wait!!

Great food great food and more great food. Good sized portions and a variety of dishes ranging from beef, chicken, and seafood. Prices lean toward the higher side per plate but you get what you pay for and you certainly will receive a great meal...More

Went at 4pm, between lunch and dinner, so maybe that was why the service wasn't very good?? Nobody came over to greet us, once seated, or take drink order...we had to hunt someone down and ask to send someone over(we counted at least 18 workers...More

We've been to the Columbia in Tampa and wanted to try this location. Very nice but very crowded on a Saturday. Make reservations. Service was fantastic! Enjoy!

We have been to several Columbia restaurants. They all have the same decor theme and menu. The food is always fresh and consistent. They have great salads and sandwiches. They also have a bar if you desire a drink before, during or after your meal.

Every few months we get the wanderlust to visit Sarasota and one of our favorite restaurants, The Columbia Restaurant. Naturally we do the St Armands Circle promenade first to work up out appetites. It always feels like an old home to return to The Columbia....More

Columbia is an excellent restaurant: beautifully set out with enough staff to run an aircraft carrier and run with military precision. Compared to elsewhere we ate at it was quite pricey however it's clearly evident that the owners are proud and passionate about their restaurant...More

Description
Family-owned and operated for over 112 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list. Casual attire is fine, but we don't allow sleeveless shirts on men. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Filet Mignon "Columbia," and fresh seafood specialties. Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Torres, Montecillo or Campillo. Relax outdoors on our patio, or inside our Mediterranean-style dining rooms filled with hand-painted tiles and family heirlooms. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.
