Went here for Happy Hour with friends and wasn't disappointed. They have some great specials, with something for everyone: seafood, burgers, sandwiches, beer ... you name it. They have a small Happy Hour menu and all items are under $10. Beer specials are domestics, bottles for $2 and buckets for $8. And our waitress gave excellent service. It's not much... More

Got the oyster around-the-world selection. It was an interesting twist to baked oysters but not spectacular. Good, but not great....the rest of the food was pedestrian at best.

I was just looking for a place with raw oysters; these were fresh and delicious! I also tried the fried shrimp and fried oysters. The fried shrimp were very good, if slightly light on the batter. The oysters were lightly battered too and the best fried oysters I've ever had. These were cooked just right; some places make them too... More

Been hearing about this place for years. A little hard to find but OH MY, let me just tell you! The scallops were bigger than silver dollar and oh how tender. The bed of grits, spinach and corn was amazing. My wife had the fried oysters. If you want a load ask for the double. The oysters were huge and... More

It really is a shame, because we were having a wonderful time... until our check came. The waitress handed me back my credit card and told me the restaurant was cash/check only. No one mentioned this to us before we sat down, and the hand-painted window-paint sign on the front door, which was surrounded by other signs and stickers, could... More

There's nothing not to like about this local bar/restaurant: good service, good food, good prices and the best deal ever on super-fresh oysters @ $11/dozen. Dress casually and bring cash as this fun little spot does not take plastic.

We are new to area and have been trying to explore all the "not most popular" toursist places to understand where the locals get good food without stupid crowds. Well, this is one of those places! My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Great oysters, gumbo, sandwiches and good drinks! This is tucked away in the little "shopping area"... More

We visited the Hurricane Oyster Bar twice on our visit to Santa Rosa, Fl. Both times I had the fried seafood platter (Different choices each time) which was very good. Others had oysters on tbe half shell at reasonable prices. Drink prices are reasonable, the food, service and atmosphere are great. We will return on our next visit.

The happy hour here is great. The location is good and it's fun sitting on the deck by the pond. The food is good and the service is really fast and friendly. The menu isn't very expensive at all for Grayton Beach. It's not exactly gourmet dining but it's good. The parking isn't all that great-the lot is pretty tight... More

Enjoyed drinking cold beer and chatting with the oyster shucker. Lots of information about local oyster industry. Had jerked chicken sandwiches and cold beer. The sandwich was served with pineapple rings, like it was supposed to. Fun place to relax and enjoy being near the beaches of south Walton.
