I never had a bad meal and a long wait at any Panera Bread locations until today. It was close to 8pm when I went there, so it was not a rush hour and not busy. I ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini and asked for a scone. They said they are out of all scones as well as berry cookie... More

With only one person taking orders at 5 PM it was difficult for anyone to get waited on. I wouldn't have been so upset but there were at least 8 people running around doing nothing. Customer service is lacking.

We eat at Panera Bread often. One of the gripes I have is that they only offer light roast (and flavored) coffee after 2 PM. I know they say I can ask, but who really does that. We stopped in here around 4:30 and they still offered a full selection of coffees.

... this is by far the worst location along the East Coast from Florida USA to Ontario Canada. We have been eating out at PB for over a decade mostly in the NE USA, in small towns and big cities. There were instances that something went wrong, but St Augustine gets something wrong almost every time, and overtime. For long... More

Often we stop at Panera bread when we are driving in the USA. They are consistently good, but this one is one of the best. The food is brought to you (they use a beeper locator) and the outside patio is perfect if you're travelling with dogs (as we often are). Love their bread and bagels too.

First time to eat here and loved it. I had 1/2 sandwich and soup. Napa valley chicken salad & potato soup. Very good...lots of flavour. Next time I'll get an apple instead of bread as a side..too much bread with sandwich. 😉

In the past this place has been great has great food services been spot-on. But something has changed at this location. Yesterday I went in there to get a pick 2. A roasted turkey sandwich on sourdough with mayonnaise. A cup of soup chicken noodle and a hot tea. A whopping $10. First of all the sandwich was made it... More

They have amazing soups and salads. Very clean and cozy place for a great meal. The pick 2 with Broccoli and cheese soup along with the refreshing greek salad is so yummy.

I'm not sure why but every single time we go to this drive thru it takes forever!!! However, the last few times I've ordered delivery they are at my place within 30 minutes which is great for delivery! I recommend avoiding the drive-thru if you're in any kind of a hurry. The food is consistent with Panera chains and the... More
