Cannot say enough good things about this little place. I've been multiple times and every time has been delicious. The blackberry/goat cheese is my fav but this latest visit I tried key lime pie. All winners! Thanks again Allison!

Who would have thought that anyone could make a business out of selling popsicles! But these are not just regular popsicles these are gourmet frozen delights. There are so many flavours to choose from I found it hard to decide but I settled on the orange cream and my wife the coconut. To top it off we opted for the... More

These are not your childhood popsicles. Some have booze in them! Many flavours, very unique. A must stop when in St Augustine.

I got Reisling Pear, husband had Key Lime, and daughter had coconut. All three were amazing & the gentleman running the shop was most pleasant & helpful! This was a lovely treat after touring the fort!

The best ice pops no matter how adventurous of an eater you are. They have fruit only, dairy, and even alcoholic options to choose from. They always have seasonal flavors and use an abundance of Florida ingredients. The avocado coconut is the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, avocado goodness.

The pops were so good that my boyfriend and I both agreed to go back a second time during a 24 hour stay in St.Augustine. Some might say that $3.50 is a little expensive for a pop, but I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and here you will receive quality products made with FRESH... More

my wife and I stumbled upon this place by accident. The food was fresh and prepared as ordered and the flavors were great. I recommend the deli ham and cheese on whole wheat bread. Then for our enjoyment we tried one of the Hypo Popsicle's that they are know for and all I can say is WOW! We had a... More

I have come here every time I have been to St. Augustine. Many flavors with interesting twists. Banana bread, mango mojito, pineapple upside down cake. Fresh ingredients at a reasonable price. No where else can you get popsicles like this!

The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.
