Food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun. I hadn't realized it was more of a crowded bar kind of atmostphere until we got there, so I was really thankful when they sat me and my family (including my 7 year old son) at a...More

My wife and I had the shrimp dinners. It came with 2 hushpuppies and a side so we both got the cheese grits. I got half blackened half fried shrimp and they were good size and excellent. The hush puppies were good and so were...More

We were trying to find something besides fast food to eat following our trip on the sunset cruise. With most restaurants closing between 9 and 10, this was the one place we were able to find that was open later. It was a wonderful decision!...More

The seafood is very good, the sides not so much. Hush puppies were lacking flavor and the mashed potatoes were either over whipped or box. Our server didn't know we were there for at least 10 min. Good atmosphere

Food was delicious. Packed house here tonight. Well worth the wait, although only 20 minutes. Will definitely go back. Grilled shrimp were delicious. Fried oysters and calamari were spot on.

During the season (March-Oct.) there is typically a band every night. The Schooners website is the best place to find the entertainment dates.
When I ate here in Oct. 2014 they had a lobster menu, and I got the Lobster Mac N Cheese. Was wondering if they have that on the menu now? Will be there next week.

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I'm not sure if they had what you are asking about on the menu. I suggest you go to their website and view the menu. I caution you tho, it may not be a current menu. The best would be... More

There's nothing "fancy" about Schooners cuisine; it is simple, fresh and perfect. No sauces cover the unbeatable flavor of truly fresh Grouper sizzled to perfection on the Schooners grill. A platter of fresh Fried Oysters, Hushpuppies and icy cold beer blend perfectly with the salty breeze blowing in off the Gulf.
