The German food here is very good! We got the sausage with kraut, and it was delicious. This is also a good place to eat if you want a cheap(ish) meal in Disney.

When you dine at Disney you expect to pay premium prices. Every once in awhile you discover somewhere that you feel you get your money's worth. For our family the Sommerfest counter service restaurant in the Germany pavilion is a good value. Limited menu but it's all good. We usually get brats with sauerkraut and the paprika dusted chips that... More

Sommerfest leaves me dreaming about Nudel Gratin. If you love homemade macaroni and cheese (not the orange stuff they are serving everywhere else) then stop and enjoy this rich, delicious treat! For a snack credit you receive a generous helping of cheese, noodly, goodness. (My husband swears the sausages here are good too.) Indoor seating is at a premium, but... More

This is a must stop on our trip through world showcase. We love to stop and get sausage and kraut. The smell is overwhelming in this area if you don't like kraut, but if you do - this is the place. It is delicious!

I purchased a Warsteiner Dunkel Beer and it was very cold and refreshing. Perfect for a hot summer day. I think this is one of the best places to buy beer at Epcot.

Stopped in for a snack: a bratwurst sandwich, a pretzel and a beer. 1) bratwurst was dry, flavorless and was not improved by either mustard nor sauerkraut and the bread was dry and crumbly 2) Pretzel: from a country that made hot soft pretzels an artform, this tasted more like shaped bread. Dry, no gluten chewiness or sweetness that one... More

If you don't have time or the budget to do the German buffet, stop by this food stand in the German pavilion. They have fantastic frankfurters (nothing like American hotdogs) and bratwurst. The sauerkraut is fresh and the fresh rolls delicious. Try the macaroni casserole which is very rich & creamy. Great for the kids with a small appetite. This... More

This was a very good stop for a meal and entertainment. The building was easy to access and the food court served delicious food.

My husband had the bratwurst with an Oktoberfest beer and I had the apple strudel. The strudel was yummy and had plump golden raisins among the apples. It also had a great crust and vanilla sauce. The brat was great my hubby said besides the new kaiser rolls they are using for the buns are a lot more bread then... More

We couldn't wait for our bratwurst experience at Sommerfest. Food was disappointing, but for $10 you expect the fresh roll you are promised, and it was as stale as can be! Why is this? It was like they were frozen and thawed in the microwave too long. I pay 2.50 at beef barn in RI for a much better roll... More
