I can't believe I rated Thai Silk as 4 stars last May. It was based on one entree (Pad Woon Sen), which was really good. This time I ordered Pad Thai, the unofficial national dish.. I was willing to forgive the non-traditional shredded carrot and cabbage on top (ugh), but using what seemed to be BBQ sauce is shameful. That... More

We were looking for Thai food after leaving Universal Studios and were recommended something on Independence Drive but it was a 25 minute drive away and we wanted to eat now! Just as we were about to get on the I-4, my boyfriend noticed a big red sign that said Thai and we stopped to just get it over with.... More

This restaurant has suprised me. I enjoyed the meal very well. I have ordered Massaman curry and it was very excelent. The waiters was perfect and very helpful. Maybe the autentic thai music would be better than the one that played there.

The ambience is authentic. The chicken curry and the pineapple rice is good. The mango and thai milk tea was rather sweet.

We had lunch and all were happy with their choices: Drunken Noodles, Duck, and Noodle soup. Want to try other menu options to see if they are equally good.

Great food from a small unassuming diner! We were very happy with the food and the service was great! Waitress was very gracious and great food! Great combination!

Firstly don't be fooled by the picture that states it's called red bamboo. It's now called Thai Silk. Secondly, it's a bit hard to find as it is set back and across a parking lot from International drive and doesn't look much from the outside but it is definitely worth a visit! Possibly the best Thai my fiancée and I... More

The interior looks like a regular American diner but nonetheles the menu is 100% Thai. Nice selection of meat, Fish and veg dishes. Every dish may be ordered as mild, medium, hot or "Thai hot". Our teenage kids had a great meal and so did we (parents). "Hot" is very doable of you like asian cuisine. The check already included... More

This simple Thai restaurant has good food and service A balance and good variety in their manu But don't expect anything fancy There is basically no decoration They can prepare the majority of the plates with chicken meat or tofu and as spicy as you want The sticky rice is good

Thank Jacobo T
