I can't rave enough about the BREAKFAST here. There are so many unique things on the menu and every time I have gone it's been nothing less then fantastic. This 5 star rating is for the BREAKFAST. The DINNER on the other hand is a 3 star at best. It was a long while ago we did dinner but it... More

We stopped into Kona Café on Wednesday for lunch. We've now visited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - every time has been excellent. This time around we were able to be seated within 5 minutes around 11-11:30 a.m. as a walk-in. Super friendly cast members, as usual, greeted us. We started our meal with the All-Natural Lemonade with Wildberry Foam... More

Been going to Disney for 35 years but never tried it. It's a 3+ inch piece of sourdough bread stuffed with bananas deep tried and coated with cinnimon sugar and served with strawberry compote and or syrup. It was very good and very filling. We can now cross it off the bucket list.

This is the second time we've gone. The last time was a couple of years ago. The rolls with pistacho?/macadamia? Butter was incredible. The pork sliders were great and lo mein flavorful. However my husband's New York Strip was lackluster. My ahí was great in texture but the flavors were missing something. Service & cleanliness were great. I will probably... More

We've had breakfast here multiple times per year including earlier this month (April). Service is great, as is the food. Our favorite, and recommendation, is the big kahuna. That dish gives you a bit of a taste of many of the menu items. Pair it with a Kona presspot, and you're going to have a very nice breakfast experience. Note:... More

We have had dinner here, but I have been dying to get breakfast! The tonga toast is beyond words! I enjoyed the Kona French press, but honestly, it was strong! Everyone else got the big kahuna. Was very impressed with the food and service!

Went for lunch. The waiter remember my cousin and son who were at the restaurant about a week earlier. The waiter was excellent. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I will definitely go back to the restaurant again.

On our last visit to Disney we were very disappointed in the Kona Cafe, so we considered skipping it on our recent vacation. We were so glad we didn't! It was excellent. The service was great and the food was very good. My son loved the sushi and the steaks were perfectly cooked. We will definitely go back on our... More

This was our second breakfast at Kona Café, and it remains our favorite non-Signature/non-buffet morning meal. The options are varied, with a number of them influenced by the islands (Tonga Toast, the Samoan, Loco Moco, Macadamia-Pineapple Pancakes). And although I intended to stray from my favorite, I ended up ordering again the amazing Macadamia-Pineapple Pancakes – “with Macadamia Nut Butter,... More

Description
The Kona Cafe infuses a bit of Asian zest into traditional American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in Disney's Polynesian Resort. Indulge in the scrumptious cinnamon and banana-stuffed Tonga Toast or choose from a variety of more savory breakfast options like a variety of egg dishes and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. At midday, satisfy your hunger with an Island chicken sandwich and housemade sweet potato chips, shrimp and scallops, or other tasty entrees. Dine in the evening on delicacies such as a selection of fresh fish, grilled ginger-crusted ribeye steak or coconut almond chicken. As you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Polynesian restaurant, feast your eyes across the onstage open pastry kitchen that prepares divine desserts. Kona Cafe offers authentic Kona coffee as a perfect pairing to these pastries, or as a rich addition to any meal.
