The ribs and pork combo was enough for 2. Ribs were "falling off the bone" good. The pork was heaped on both plates. With okra, mac and cheese, and sweet tea lunch couldn't have gotten any better.

Read the reviews and was ready to go on our trip to Micanopy. Definitely not a regular $4-$6 meal. The sandwiches alone are $6.50. Sides are $1.75. We got our drinks from the store cooler. I say this so you don't think it's a cheap lunch if you're hungry. With that being said, the portions were good sized and tasty.... More

Holy moly. You wouldn't know this place is here. Looks like a gas station. Inside it BBQ heaven!!!! Omg the ribs...THE RIBS!!! Huge, savory, fall off the bone. Doesn't need sauce. Baked beans and baked Mac n cheese was amazing. I will be back!!!! Can't wait to try their breakfast.

Being from Wisconsin my hubby & I take motorcycle rides every chance we get & usually stop someplace new for lunch. Friends told us about this place so we decided to try it. It was worth the ride. We both had the brisket sandwich and it was very good. Hubby had Mac & cheese for his side & I had... More

I'd heard about this relic from friends who'd stayed in the area so I had to check it out. I drove along SR 441 looking for it but had to pull into a gas station to ask directions. The three 'ole boys' in cammo sitting on a bench outside stared at me and pointed inside...I had arrived at Pearls! My... More

What a fabulous find. Best barbecue we have ever had anywhere! Came across this place by accident and were impressed with selection of food and the place was packed with locals. Sadly we didn't notice the picnic tables for outdoor eating until we left. That's ok, we will come back!

Very good southern BBQ. The pork sandwiches we loaded with meat cooked the way it should be and the potato salad and Mac and cheese sides were generous and very good. The setting is described by the name. The place is obviously popular with the locals. We were there just before church let out and all of a sudden the... More

If you did not talk to someone locally, you would never know the best BBQ in the region is in the back of this gas station on SR 441. But if you stopped for gas, the heavenly aroma of roasted meats would draw you into the store where you would find 10 or so tables filled with serious BBQ consumers... More

Pearl's is located in a gas station, but don't let that fool you! The food is great! I have been many times. The barbecue is so good, but my favorite thing is their breakfast. Tastes like your country grandma's cooking!

Little known local spot that has amazing brisket and darn good Mac n cheese. Gets very busy at lunch but well worth the wait! I go at least once a week.
