We walked down Lincoln Road to find different and local cuisine and this was one very nice tasty place to sample small plates of various Cuban dishes. I had several appetizers and my husband had a regular portion pork lunch. It was fun and just the right amount of choices to try out. I think this was a better than... More

We sat inside, early evening the rest was not busy. The inside has a very strong smell to humidity or water??? I was not impressed with the menu at ALL... we order 5 entrees out of which only one ( the daily special ) was worth the $40. The others were either too salty or to blend. The server was... More

I ordered Yuccas patty testing on mushroom with salad. Definitely a new taste experience. I enjoyed it, but wouldn't order again. My daughter order oxtail taco which she did not enjoy. No... More

Yuca was recommended by our bellman as a ciban place to try out. We were sitting outside on the Lincoln road terrace. Although watching the people passing by is fun and entertaining, a bit of background music would have been nice to give us a bit of the cuban touch. The drinks were nice and well crafted, the food was... More

Impromptu lunch with friends became a true culinary experience! Ambience and service provided was 5 star! Pulled pork was rated 4 star by one participant. Lunch salads with grilled well seasoned chicken with ginger dressing was more than adequate which we equated to a dinner sized portion. The flan was mouth watering delicious. Would definitely recommend and is on our... More

Great food - authentic with a delicious twist! Plantain crusted mahi-mahi with fufu was over the top delicious, especially washed down with a mojito or three. Perfect people watching spot and fantastic service. Excellent way to end the day after strolling Lincoln Road.

YUCA, an acronym for Young Urban Cuban-Americans, is widely known as being South Florida's original upscale Cuban restaurant featuring Innovative Nuevo Latino Cuisine or as the locals call it "Nuevo Latino." This style of cooking includes traditional Latin ingredients such as a plethora of textures, colors, and flavors that when combined creates a cuisine that is unique to anything offered outside of the Caribbean and Latin America.
