I leave at the same building and can’t be more happy with the owner Roberto and his Team. It is a daily cult and lifestyle for me. If I have a business meeting or friends and family from Coffee breakfast lunch always the best yummy taste ! Ingredients all top quality imported from Italy, my favorite is the avocado Toast , His daily pasta specials and Italian cold cuts ! Thank you Roberto and your Amazing Team ! OPAAAAA !

I am staying at the Doubletree Hilton and this wonderful eatery is close by. Roberto is a very nice and talented chef. He makes marvelous dishes and the presentation comes from the heart. It is a wonderful way to start your morning. Robert and Kathy have made my stay here so delightful and welcoming. I will be back next month for work and you can bet I will continue to start my day here. I highly recommend you give 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega a shot. You will feel like you are in a cafe' in Italy!

All the food is freshly prepared. Salads are really good!. I Love the wraps specially the salmon wrap. Service is fast and courteous . I work in the same building and go there for breakfast and lunch . It’s a really nice cozy place.

We had breakfast here. I ordered a veggie egg omelet and got scrambled egg whites with vegetables. It was OK. The fruit bowl was excellent. The server who brought the food to the table was very nice. Breakfast for two was $42, more than double what we are used to paying. It apparently is the most reasonable in the area.

The food was great. So was the coffee. I highly recommend the matcha tea it was great. A little on expensive but worth it in my opinion. Also the food came out fast.

I only make it to Miami a few times a year. When I do, I always look forward this cafe. The staff is superb and the food is amazing. I highly recommend it. The quiches are my fave, but you really can’t go wrong with anything here!

Came here for breakfast but was such a variety didn't have a breakfast, everything was big, and in hindsight we would of ordered one and shared, but it was good, fresh orange and coffee was a nice touch, place was full..definitely a great place to eat

This place is conveniently located next to the Marriott Biscayne bay. Our breakfast was good. Fast service. Really enjoyed.

We had both lunch and breakfast at this restaurant. First we had lunch, and my wife started having stomach troubles immediately after eating her sandwich. We were not going back here again, but our friends insisted we go here for breakfast so we had a very average breakfast. I would never go back again.

I would pass on this place if I were you. The pancakes are frozen pancakes that come out of a bag. I asked if the pancakes were fresh or frozen and the lady manning the counter said fresh. Just because you place something in the microwave and place fruit on it doesn't make it fresh. If you want something comparable to McDonald's come here. If not skip. Also the place is pricey for what you get.

Cozy little spot for a fresh hot breakfast if you're staying at the Marriott or the DoubleTree hotels. The classic American breakfast with unlimited coffee included is a good deal at $9. My son enjoyed the fruit, yogurt and homemade granola bowl immensely. I got the avocado toast with 2 over easy eggs on top and it was fresh and delicious. Would go back to check out some of their lunch options.

Whilst staying at the Marriott next door we had breakfast here. Very good food and freshly prepared. Coffee tasted like coffee with free refills. Friendly staff. Moderately priced. It is a small cafe/restaurant tucked away in a shopping mall but seems to be very busy particularly at breakfast time.

Was so stoked that they offered a Roman style street food “Piadina Romagnola” a specialty sandwich which I hadn’t had since visiting Italy. Of course my excitement was quickly extinguished when they said they didn’t have it. I craved that warm crunchy flat bread, salty ham and melted cheese so I opted for a panini with prosciutto, arugula, and Parmesan. Since I wanted to recreate the Piadina vibe, I also asked for fresh mozzarella. Anyone knows that the beauty of a panini is the toast it gets from the press, helping the fillings to mingle and melt into the perfect bite.
Well my plate was delivered and my panini looked like an ordinary sandwich. It wasn’t even remotely warm. The place was packed so had little option of sending it back. My partner finally took half of it and brought it to the line cook and said, this isn’t even warm. His response “oh yes it is”. Seriously? There was a mini commotion and my sandwich went on the press for less than 30 seconds. Back it came with cold mozzarella and prosciutto but slightly toasted bread. Don’t need this type of treatment from any establishment especially one with such a lack of concern with pleasing their customers.
