I love the food but the service from the waitress Lorena was Horrible. We had to wait and wait several minutes to have more napkins, the dessert and the bill. We barely see the waitress so I have to ask another waitress for help. Terrible service.

Not much to look at from the outside this charming little restaurant packs a culinary punch accented by a pleasant friendly staff and management. Obvious tourists, my family and I stopped by before getting to the airport and were welcomed with a selection fresh sweet Delectables. The presentation of eggs and ham plus fresh grilled bread was classic Chileno. Fun... More

That I know of, there are two Chilean restaurants in Miami. This one is my favorite. Why? Everyone that works there and eats there is from...Chile! The tv that's playing is Chilean and even though I haven't been to my country of birth in a long time, this place makes me feel a little closer to it. Did I mention... More

Transporting customers to Chile in an instant. Not much change here, very well done, especially if you want an authentic Chilean food experience.

Had the fillet steak, asked for it rare it came medium. Not impressed. Would not rush back. The service was polite and the deco was good.

A hidden gem. They bake their own bread. Great empanadas and excellent lunch specials. We also enjoy their home made desserts. This place us a must try.

I am a Chilean woman that has not lived in Chile for the last 36 years. I was invited to Pamela's by a USA-Chilean couple that resides in Miami. I was very, very pleased. I had "locos" a Chilean native delicatessen mollusk. My favorite in the whole wide world since I was a child. Although it was the canned version,... More

I Love this place. The food is great and so are the piscos. I married a chileno. I could come here every week. The desserts are super yummy. Best empanadas & pisco sours.

I have been coming here for years for some good authentic Chilean food. y father is from Chile and I have traveled there many times, so I have a good foundation for judgement. The empanadas de Pino (meat) are just like in Chile. The empanada does have a slice of hardbolied egg (quarter cut) and a black olive. The cheese... More
