Great food! Try the (thin) steak and onions with a side of rice and beans. It wasn't on the menu but a regular recommended it. Or, just ask Tuto for a recommendation. Excellent stop if you're heading to the Everglades. Tuto even recommended an airboat guide - Tigertails Airboat Tours - which we're taking him up on.

We live in Atlanta and were driving down to the Everglades. We wanted to try authentic Cuban food. We first stopped at a Cuban restaurant where no one spoke English and we were at a loss and no one was willing to help. So we left. We stopped at Tuto's and were blown away. Tuto, the owner, waited on us... More

This is a Cuban hangout. They have a simple menu. The food not expensive and good food. The Cuban Red Neck. You will see when you eat there. Also bring cash no credit cards accepted

I loved Cuban pulled pork but was very disappointed with couple of the places we went during the last few days of our Florida trip. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it try. I learned that they don't have pulled pork so we ordered sandwiches and cafe con leche. The sandwiches are very good. The coffee... More

Rarely have I felt so welcome and appreciated as I did today. The food was amazing and fast. The staff really make you feel that you are the guests of honor at an event. If you want authentic Cuban cuisine, this is the place.

Great Cuban Food ! We drove down here from Broward for work and looked on Yelp for a "small kind of place" for lunch. Well we found it! The owner was the friendliest and offered us samples of his different shakes. The Mamey Shake was out of this world! We had delicious Cuban sandwiches, plantains, shared a tamale. everything was... Lots of food and flavor. Small family place. We stopped on our way to the airport. So glad we did! Not cafeteria style like some Cuban eateries. We ordered off the lunch menu and the food kept coming! Our new favorite Cuban place. The homemade hot sauce was phenomenal. I rarely review, but this place was worth it.

I was looking for a place to get an authentic Cuban sandwich on my recent trip to Miami. I did a Google search and found Tuto's Place as well as many more Cuban restaurants. A quick search on Yelp and after reading the reviews I decided this was the place to go to. I sat down at the counter and... More

Our family stopped at Tuto's Place on our way from the Everglades to The Keys. We just happened to spot it on our drive and decided to give it a try. The owner treated us like we were long, lost friends. Very friendly guy! The food was outstanding, and the prices were even better. A welcome relief as we had... More
