It has been a while I ate there and being Cuban, I don't miss an opportunity to eat authentic Cuban food. Perhaps not the best I had but it is really good, depending on choices and at the airport, I could not ask for better.

While waiting for my Flight home to Barbados we stop over and had fried rice, mushroom chicken and veg along with some soya souse. This was exactly what I was looking for and was totally delicious. Highly recommended Resturant as both staff and food are A +. Therapy Charters BB Owners

La Carreta is one of my favourite places to eat in Miami because I really like Cuban food and while I've been told this is not the best, I really enjoy it. The churrasco steak with fried plantains and Moro rice is what I get and it's always great. The order is so big I always have takeaway for the... More

I have always eaten my favorite Cuban Sandwich but this time around the people where rude and it seems they are better off playing with each other than actually serving customers. I hope management heres this review in order to make La Carreta a place to always say good by to Miami.

You get your food fast. However, unless you know where to get certain sandwiches, fries etc you are on your own since there are no signs beyond the highly used cafeteria-type line for regular lunch selections/servings. However, the selection of Cuban-type food in the regular cafeteria type line was good and somewhat wide. Taste is somewhat different from eating at... More

While travelling, had many stops there. Nothing is better, fast, clean, good quality as this place. In addition the service is outstanding.

Twice I've had a poor experience here with customer service. Their outside menu lists a roasted vegetable kebab but the staff gets annoyed when you ask for it since they don't seem to sell it and what you end up getting is a giant plateful of salty beans, rice, and a few steamed vegetables. I went up to ask for... More

Defintely the best deal on breakfast - steak, eggs, potatoes and toast for 8.79. Also, the service is really good - people are friendly, even early morning. It's worth the stop in Terminal D if you at close by....

If you are stuck in the Miami airport in terminal D, go here. Authentic food and authentic staff. My advice is go where the pilots,TSA agents and airport workers go, and they go here in large numbers. I had the Cuban sandwich, but there are plenty of dishes to choose from. They guy cleaning the tables just handed me a... More

This food is great! The portions have gotten smaller, but they are still big! Once you figure out how to navigate around there it's awesome. Want something quick and easy the black beans and rice plate served at the second counter is very popular. Be sure to get limes and hot sauce if you get it. We love the ropa... More
