No, not the food. I'm talking about the service and employee attitude. A friend and I went there for lunch. The food was fine, but the waitress was one of the worst- inept and uninterested. Brought coffee but no sugar. Had to ask for bread or crackers, as there were none on the table and none offered. Lunch consisted of... More

Tucked inside the Ritz Carlton, this is a hidden treasure. Menu is great, and I've tried just about everything on it over time. You can't go wrong. Prices are reasonable, ambiance is amazing.

I went for breakfast 5 of the 6 days I was there. The servers are awesome, especially Andrea. And Carl, I think he was a manager, was very attentive. They treated my son like royalty, and let him eat free most days (it depended on my server). The food was beautifully presented and the ingredients were very fresh. It's quite... More

Had brunch on Sunday and everything was delicious. I don't even know how many stations there were. Breakfast area had anything you would want for breakfast including cooked to order omelets and wonderful pastries. A fruit bar that would make a smoothie with your choice of ingredients, a salad bar, a seafood station (I don't like seafood so I didn't... More

Every September numerous high-end restaurants in the Miami area offer a a three course menu of their signature dishes at a reduced price of $39. As we live in Coconut Grove we were looking forward to dining at Bizcaya as we had sampled dishes from the restaurant at various festivals and were impressed. However, my experience with the Miami Spice... More

Since it is the low (slow) season and we were supposed to have a hurricane in Miami, the restaurant was not very crowded. The food was very good. We opted for the Miami spice menu which was a great deal. Our waitress did a great job also.

After having such an amazing stay at the Ritz-Carlton, it’s not too often that a Hotel has great dining options but Bizcaya delivered well and I looked forward to enjoying breakfast every morning in an intimate and cozy setting. The warm and friendly host Marina has such a lovely personality plus the Servers Jaime (who I met mostly) & Victoria... More

Great place for breakfast. The omelette was really good. The service was off the chart. All the food looked great. Highly recommend.

My gentleman friend, my son and I enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet, and it was sensational! The new manager has done a wonderful job training the staff! Everyone had a smile on their face welcoming us which lasted throughout our dinner. And, of course, the food was varied and delicious! Always a pleasure at Bizcaya!
