Great location and very pretty. We were well served and entertained by their own typical New Yorker server (Didn't catch his name) The fish was excellent and the wine selection more than adequate. Will be back next time

My husband and I stumbled upon the Café de Marco literally by accident. It is a bit off the beaten path in the older Marco area, near a locally owned hotel and some cute shops. We did not have any reservations, however we were seated...More

At first look, I wasn't sure if we had made a good choice as from outside, the restaurant was not what you would expect as a top rated restaurant. However, everyone in our party loved their dinners which included lobster bisque, the lobster grouper cakes,...More

This was our second time visiting this restaurant, and so happy we did. The menu is varied, plenty to choose from, whether it's fish, chicken, pork....we always do fish....our entrees were to die for.....appetizers were delicious....nice Wine/Beer choices, no liquor though....which didn't matter to us....More

The owner, Sandy, makes the experience seem effortless. The ambiance, food and service cannot be beaten in SW Florida. Do not miss the Lobster Bisque. Never had anything close to compare it to. Seafood is fresh as are the vegetables and salads. Wonderful selection of...More

Our second visit to Cafe de Marco. Did not realize until we arrived that it was "Back to the 80's" night with prices from the 80's. As before, the food was very good and atmosphere is quaint and unique. Our server was not the friendliest...More

We got the royal treatment from our waitress, Jennifer. She knew everything about the dishes and was patient with the kids. The food was SPECTACULAR. Best dining experience we've had yet. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Marco Island.

I'm not sure if they are. I haven't traveled there in the winter. A place as great as it is, I wouldn't be surprised if they are open though.

Tucked away in the northern most point of Old Marco is Cafe de Marco. An intimate bistro/cafe serving the most diverse selection of fresh seafood & other continental specialties since 1983. A favorite amongst locals & seasonal return visitors to Marco Island. Reservations are greatly appreciated. Olde Florida atmosphere in the historic district of Olde Marco. Perfect for an outstanding meal, business, or special occasion. Vast wine selection and beer available. Twilight specials and children's menu available. Owned and operated by same owner & family since starting out in 1983. Our building enjoys a rich piece of Marco history. The Cafe's building was the original quarters for the chamber maids employed by the historic Old Marco Inn just a few yards away. Many years ago the Inn functioned as a "bed & breakfast", and the maids would simply walk to work from our building. This explains the answer to a frequently asked question..."Was this an old house at one time?" Today, step inside to what has been transformed into an islander's tradition for over 30 years. We look forward to serving you soon! ~Sandy Franchino, Owner
