The last three times we have gone to Key West we have scheduled a travel day around lunch at the Hungry Tarpoon. The food is excellent and the service is always good. The outside seating on the deck overlooking the water is our prefered spot...More

We went out on a fishing charter from Robbie's and the Hungry Tarpon cooked our catch. It was DELICIOUS! The service here is pretty slow so be prepared but it was worth the wait and the view is fantastic. Try it if you are at...More

Great location but service & food is very poor. Waiter service was very very slow and missed items from order. When the food arrived we had a piece of raw meat in our salad. Put us off eating the rest of our meal. Manager seemed...More

Came for the breakfast and the view. We were not disappointed. Had the Eggs Benedict and Eggs with Creamed Chip Beef. Adrian our server was great. The place was very crowded, and all the servers were running. Be patient, it’s worth the wait.

Fun restaurant/bar spot with tarpon viewing and shopping mixed in. The restaurant is on the water, service was good and the menu/food very good as well. We will be back.

The hungry tarpon is one of those places you have to visit and won’t forget. The dollar covered bar, the blue water views, the jumping tarpon and yes—the food and libations. The Trailer Trash Bloody Mary is THE way to start your day/-packed with bacon,...More

This review is for the Hungry Tarpon at Robbie's Marina. Great low-key, reasonably-priced dining. We were outside in a covered area. My hogfish was great, and so was the cucumber - jalapeño margarita, and I rarely compliment restaurant margaritas. I would definitely return.

The Hungry Tarpon has Great food and Service. The location is amazing. We always sit at the tables looking out over the water. It is not your regular restaurant. I am so glad we found this place. When we vacation in the keys we probably...More

I didn't go to Robbie's to feed the tarpon or shop with the other tourists. I was hungry and I wanted breakfast. Robbie's (aka Hungry Tarpon) exceeded my expecations greatly. They had a ton of options, some healthy ones too, and the food was great....More

I am so sorry. I just saw this question. But I do not know if they have gluten-free options.

Description
In the Florida Keys you'll find this old Keys-style marina and fish shack "somewhere on A1A." A true conch atmosphere with many tasty delights, here in this Florida Keys restaurant you'll find yourself indulged in the Caribbean-inspired cuisine, the compassionate people and old Keys tranquility that is the Hungry Tarpon restaurant in Islamorada. The building has been standing since 1947 and with a home like Robbie's of Islamorada, plus a fascinating history, it all makes the Hungry Tarpon a part of the tradition since 1976. Enjoy dining on our bayside deck with tiki torches lighting up the night. Relax with friends over our fabulous appetizers and watch the boats come and go. Stroll our open air shops then wander to our sandy beach, melt into one of our bayside lounge chairs and let the sea air wash away the rush of the day.
