We LOVED this place! It was jammed so a bit difficult to negotiate since all the eating spaces were outside wherever one could find a spot during a crowded lunchtime. But it was worth it. Folks were friendly and allowed the 4 of us to crowd in. Food was awesome, atmosphere Key West Funk! Highly recommended (although I will say... More

We expected tables inside, but one of the best things about our short vacation in Key West was that we never ate inside, even the breakfast buffet at our hotel had an option to sit on the porch. I had chicken thighs, enough leftovers for lunch for 2 the next day. My husband had scallops and he ate the whole... More

My husband and I were happy to see this #1 rated restaurant on TripAdvisor was only one block from our hotel. I had the Caribbean Roast sandwich and fire-roasted corn and my husband had The Press sandwich. The sandwiches were delicious and HUGE! Unfortunately Bien is closed Mondays and Tuesdays otherwise we would have been back every day for lunch.

Bien's building originally was a tiny filling station. Now it is tropical colors and stellar food. The focus is Caribbean/Latin and really creative. My fave sandwich is THE PRESS filled with roasted pork, banana peppers, ham, mozzarella cheese and caramelized onions all melted together on Cuban bread. There are seafood and vegetarian choices and a memorable side of roast corn... More

Once known as Paseo this establishment was also in Seattle, WA in Golden Gardens and the Fremont District. Perhaps the best Cuban sandwiches and corn on the cobb on earth! Bien brought back a wee bit of home. Do not get discouraged by a small wait for your food. Grab a Pacifico with a lime and drink in the ambience... More

Typically Key West, a wonderful little restaurant is tucked into a corner lot that was probably an old gas station. The food is prepared fresh and brought to your table after ordering at the inside counter. Yummy! Everything every time we've visited.

This place caught my eye when we walked by the other day and when I saw the tripadvisor rating I had to go back and try it. As others have said there isn't much seating, it's all outdoors and some of it in the sun. That begin said we did notice they pulled down a sunshade after we were done... More

Sure the food is as advertised and more. If that's all you're interested in, then go eat. But there's a bigger picture in Key West taking more time than less to sink in for travelers in particular, locals no so much. The Key West Genre likens itself to a third world country within the United States, chickens running around the... More

What a lunch that we had! Small place where we ordered at a counter and they delivered to us outside. Spicy, tasty bowl of chicken, rice, beans, sour cream, jalapeños and corn chips. Feral chickens calling from next door. A wonderful experience. Definitely worth the visit.
