I stopped by for late lunch 12/26 & 28 2016 as I usually do anytime I get down to Key Largo. I like the food and the atmosphere better than nicer more touristy places. Always have had good service and usually eat at the bar. Maybe it was the busy week the Keys seem to be having, but their bartending... More

We had lunch twice at Shipwreck's during Feb. 2017. Ice cold beer, unbelievable margaritas, most delicious home-made clam chowder. We had yellow tail snapper which was to die for! Cannot wait to get back there. A+

My wife and I really enjoyed dinner at shipwrecks. We first went somewhere else for appetizers and were displeased so we moved to shipwrecks where we found a place much closer to our style. The food was fantastic although it did take a long time. Its a great off the beaten path local restaurant. Highly recommend!

If you don't mind spending a couple hours to get service, the food is OK. The atmosphere is nautical plus pelicans.

We visited for dinner on 2/17/17. A staff from Ocean Divers recommended it and we couldn't have been happier. My wife, kids and grandparents enjoyed the food and the casual rustic atmosphere. The crab cakes were delicious.

Have enjoyed shipwrecks for years but something has surely changed. One of us ordered mahi grilled came blackened. I asked about their crab cakes. Were they heavily bread crumb based? Was assured they were not but when they arrived. They were bread crumbs with a few tiny flecks of crab. I sent them back requesting the grilled mahi. They brought... More

We went here for lunch. Really enjoyed the casual vibe and outdoor seating. On the water (canal) and a bit off the beaten path. Ice cold beer, friendly service and everyone's food was delicious - incl Mahi Reuben, Harvey sandwich, BBQ pork and some of the biggest coconut shrimp. All very reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back.

We drove down to Key Largo from the Everglades just to eat here, and it was well worth it. All the seafood was extremely fresh, very tasty, and well prepared. And do not pass on the Coconut Onion Rings. They we terrific!

Key Largo's Hidden Treasure! And the locals would like to keep it that way. Shipwrecks is located off the beaten path, on a deep water canal, on the ocean side. Come enjoy great food, good prices, and friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Happy hour is everyday 4-6 pm when beer starts at $1. Seating is available inside, outside, or under the tiki. Locals, tourists, bikers, families, divers, and all other friendly people welcome!
