Keegan’s was a Guy Fieri recommendation that didn’t disappoint. The scallops were melt in your mouth goodness! A must while in the area.

We travel with a dance group and this place was highly recommended by friends that live in Clearwater. Everything was amazing from the time we walked in. The server was friendly and really knew the ins and outs of the menu. We were a group...of 10 so I'm sure we were a handful but the food was quick and delicious. Everything was a ten here!More
We were told when we came out that this was a “must try.” They did not disappoint. Every single person in our group LOVED their meal! Fresh, tasty and amazing service. I highly recommend.
I don't give many five starts but I do this one. Keegans is not fancy but excellent food and service. She crab soup is excellent, we always get the cracked conch, crab legs are always good. My wife either gets the fish special or grouper...and says it's some of the best she gets no matter the price. A strange one they have good grilled cheese. Note only beer and wine.More
This place has amazing seafood, I absolutely love the grouper and amberjack. This is the best seafood in the area for sure.
The waiter was very good but the mahi mahi sandwich was just average. The fish in the sandwich was more thin than another restaurant in the area.
This establishment continues to hold my attention. It’s a modestly sized casual eatery. Parking can be limited and tight. Their food is consistently well-prepared and flavorful. Their blackened grouper, in my opinion, has been perfected. Their “she-crab” soup is distinctive and flavorful. Their key lime...pie is almost unmatched (the only place possibly exceeding Keegan’s key lime pie is Mrs. Mac’s in Key Largo). Their seafood gumbo has been previously reviewed by me as outstanding. It still is. Service is competent, cheerful and attentive. Pricing is moderate.More
The food is good but too pricey. The white wine sangria was delicious but slightly light on wine. Service was good, fast and friendly. Pitcher of Sangria, four glasses, was $27. The food was less overpriced for a total sans tip of $111. I would eat there again.
OMG get the Buffalo shrimp!!! So light! So crispy! Soooooo gooood! Everything here was FANTASTIC the 5 times we ate here on our beach vacation. Service was top notch at every visit. It’s better than PJs down the road, and cheaper. It quickly became my...8 year olds favorite restaurant. I want to go back so bad. Hello, from Wisconsin!More
Blackened shrimp were an explosion of flavors. Blackened red snapper with blue cheese, butter and garlic mash were on point. Wife liked her food. Kids liked their food. All of our friends enjoyed their food. We were happy fish for sure!
Good local food joint near the beach. Parking is tough especially during the dinner rush. Fresh fish sandwiches and oysters. Some outdoor dining available. I'd go back there again if I were in the area.
Wow, where do I start. I have always gone here for the blackended grouper sandwich. I've been going to Keegan's for 30+ years, since they opened, and with every change in locations. Everytime I went there it was always the same greate food and service....My last 6 visits (in 2023) were all disapointments -> So, I've gave up on them. Not sure if it switched owners, managers, or chef's; but the food is not what it used to be. Maybe it's the Guy Fererri curse (One of his shows had this place) In summary, this used to be the best grouper sandwich (for locals) in clearwater for the past 30 years; but now it's just a money grab for tourists. It doesn't suck, but If your looking for the best gouper sandwich, this is no longer the place.More
Amazing food! A little pricey but totally worth it. We had fried oysters po-boy, shrimp po-boy, coconut shrimp, and Alaskan snow crab.
Sat outside and all our choices were great. Got joined by a skink on the patio. A long time favorite with our local friends. Now a favorite of ours.
While stopping at Island Attitudes souvenir in Indian Rocks Beach, I spotted Keegan's Seafood Grille right next door. I read reviews and figured I would stop in for my lunch! Had the BEST server, Amy, and MOST delicious smoked fish spread & "U Peel Um"...Gulf Pink Shrimp (1/2 lb)! So many shrimp that were seasoned and perfectly chilled, just how I love them! Grab a sweet tea with these favs and your lunch is served! Whenever I'm back in Indian Rocks (amazing beach too!), I'll be stopping at Keegan's to see my new friend, Amy, and try more amazing dishes on their menu! Thanks to the great staff to making my experience an enjoyable one!More
