Had a friend visiting and wanted something that was not 'beachy' as we both live near the Gulf of Mexico. I opted for this place as the menu has a selection of many different countries standard fare. I like the German types of food. There...More

The food was very good, with a good selection of European cooking.. The service was excellent, and the decor is unique for Florida restaurants. It's a small, intimate dining experience. The half liter of Cabernet was a bargain - nice wine!

Celebrating Father's Day - we are locals & would not recommend to locals or visitors. Food & service overall was poor, especially when considering price & automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill. Flounder very bland with bones (yuck), jagerschnitzel overcooked, table occupied by presumed...More

A family business that is a quiet cozy place that is right for just about any occasion. The food is outstanding. There are dishes on the menu not seen anywhere else. Veal is tender and the seasonings are spot on.

One waiter for the whole restaurant. We went there at 630pm thinking we would be out by 745pm in time to walk to the pier for sunset. Finally got our bill and left the restaurant at 830pm!!!! Food was good - I had the salmon....More

First impression : a bordello interior from the 1920/1930 ies. Very dark and overly ornate. Small tables clogged together in a stuffy atmosphere . One (1) waiter for the whole restaurant (at 7 p.m.). Guess he was doing the cooking as well ! Had to...More

Gulfport is sometimes called the Key West North, and La Cote shines amid the ruins of an utterly Bohemian community. The ambiance is dark and serene so do not expect a typical Florida experience. Cuisine is decidedly continental heavy. Salad was garden fresh and served...More
