We had not been to Habana Cafe in quite some time and decided to give it a go. The Lechon Asado, black beans, and plantains were all delicious. Hubby had shrimp in a Bleu cheese sauce, which he devoured. The bread is heavenly. Only downer was our waitress - I'm not sure if she was maybe overworked but she didn't... More

Service fast and friendly. Sandwiches were hot and huge. Dessert (flan) was generous and tasty. Great place for business meeting or family get to gethers. Family decided we will go here again.

Had lunch there the other day, The service was prompt and attentive. The menu was extensive, not just cuban sandwiches and rice and beans. It was quite busy.

We stopped by chance and were super pleased with our afternoon pick-me-up! My honey had a cafe americano and I had a double cafe cubano. Both were excellent, but the cream cheese flan was out of this world! I would've gone back, but they were closed Easter Sunday. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!👍🏻👍🏻

Food is just OK, and not a particularly vegetarian-friendly place. Today I called in a takeout lunch order (well before the 11AM opening time) and arrived at 11:10, the time they told me it would be ready. It wasn't actually ready until 11:30. I ordered 6 different lunches. Nothing was labeled and cutlery and napkins were not included. The salad... More

Loop Trolley driver in St Pete recommended this when we mentioned we were staying in Gulfport... we had to try it. He was spot on. Large portions - two of us shared their special combo dinner that included salad, bread, bean soup, shrimp in lemon capers sauce, traditional pork, wonderful chicken in a cream artichoke/mushroom sauce and lastly a wedge... Stopped in for dinner last night and loved the decor inside. I always admired it as I drove by, but had no idea it was so cute inside. The only change I would make is to dim the wall lights a bit at night. The menu included appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, specials and traditional Cuban entrees. Everything looks authentic on... More

A must visit for my family when in the Tampa area. The food is great Cuban food. Very large menu. About 10 minutes off of I-275 but well worth the stop. Can't go wrong. Eight police came on for dinner while we were there so you know the food must be good.

We started with an excellent impression. The atmosphere was great with Latin flavour of decor and music. It continued with unbelievable sangria that went down like Kool-Aid! That's when it stalled. While the Chen sandwich was overloaded with fresh chicken breast, the black bean soup and Cuban sandwiches were salty, with the sandwich lacking any fresh flavour. Disappointing but I'd... More
