First time here and the food was good, but nothing really to rave about. I had heard so much hype about it that I was excited to try, and it was good, just normal average food. Maybe we didn't try their specialty food or something, but it was a little bland to us. Good service, and free coffee while you... More

Had breakfast here today. The service was friendly and very good. The béarnaise sauce on the eggs benedict with just a hint of lemon was almost as good as what I make at home. The poached eggs were cooked just the way I like them.

I often stop when passing through Gainesville, and this time was no exception. I ordered a standard egg platter with eggs over med, a biscuit, and potatoes. The eggs arrived runny and undercooked, while the potatoes were delicious. The "drop biscuit" as it is named there was almost completely unbaked. It was like raw dough. I looked at others eating... This quaint little restaurant was the perfect ending to our stay in Gainesville. With many things to offer, I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy as well as the apple fritters. I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Cheap, family friendly, and amazing staff too!

Took the kids here for breakfast a couple weeks ago and we all enjoyed our meals. Kids almost always get one of the pancake items and I usually take some of theirs. So good!

Great food, great service and an inviting atmosphere. The cheese omelette was loaded with cheese and the pecan pancake was not only huge but delicious. The fact that you can order anything on the menu for breakfast is an added plus. We will definitely recommend this eatery to others! Thank you, Jeanne, for your wonderful attention to detail! Go Gators!!!

Saw a review on this place and thought I would check it out. The food was great. Best apple fritters I have had in a while. I liked the onion and peach pepper sauce so much I bought a bottle to take home. The breakfast sausage and chorizo sausage are the best I have found outside of homemade.

I took my wife here as she's not really into meat or unhealthy food. She loved this place. We were served by Mackenzie who was very efficient and helpful and advised us on what's good etc. My wife had the Caprice salad, effectively mozzarella and tomato salad - presentation was great and it tasted good too. I reverted to type... More
