I had broiled scallops. OK. Chowder, too thick and no real clam flavor. They offered to add some clam juice but I don't know if it would have helped. My other friends had the lobster roll sandwiches. They liked them very much. The restaurant offered free dessert to the birthday girl which was nice. Not really worth the drive.

if your like me you like your seafood served hot. I know they have some special kitchen equipment to deliver their food consistently at the perfect temperature. Restaurant has a new England sports flair and the bartenders are awesome too. Try the special house martini with pear juice!

Very casual restaurant with "New England" style. The chowdeh is very good and the seafood is fresh, simply prepared and authentic. Noisy sometimes crowded but an enjoyable night.

We're in our 60's and were just kids in this place! (Just a Little Humor!) But we ordered Lobster, seafood bisque or chowder, and fish! It was all good including the vegetables, even if a little "under-seasoned" as foods often are for the "salt-sensitive" among us! Other than the general blandness, the food was still "tasty" once adjusted to personal... More

Restaurant is located in a strip mall and easy be overlooked, but come on in and enjoy some great food. The night we were there it was packed so the food took a little while but it was worth the wait. They have many offerings but I always get the fish and chips, its so good. Also give the chowder... This was our first visit. Service was excellent. Food (I had the Fisherman's Platter) was very good. Clams were outstanding. The only negative was the Clam Chowder that I had as an appetizer. Wished there was a clam in it. Otherwise a very good dinner.

This place is not much to look at, but the food was great. We ordered the Blackened Haddock & Lazy Man's Lobster from the Early Bird menu. Both were awesome! My son had fries, but I tried the Garlic Potatoes. They looked like hash browns, but we're loaded with garlic. Loved the onion rings too. The side salad was good,... More

From RI and looking for fish & chips, clam cakes and clam chowder in the area was tough until we found the Clam Bake. Food was great and the only thing that would make it better would be coffee cabinets (milkshakes to those of you not from RI) and doughboys!!!

I went on recommendation of friends- I am from R.I. where the owners are from-I owned 2 seafood restaurants in R.I.-I had fried oysters and wife had fried whole clams-both were cooked to perfection, light golden brown and not greasy-these items require constant attention while cooking and fresh frying oil for perfection -I noted a poor review over the clams-...
