The atmosphere was great. It was classy and old fashioned. The prime rib was excellent. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly. The crab cake was delicious. I would definitely return here. Highly recommended.

Food was very good, best clam chowder I have ever had. A bit on the pricier side but fresh seafood and good service. Decor is a bit dated, but I don't go out to eat for the decor

We had chefs special "swordfish " done to perfection . Taylor our waiter was very attentive. The hostesses were great .Drinks ( cosmos) were also terrific. The complete dinner & drinks are priced very reasonable. We'll be making it back twice a month.

We go there about 2 times a month, make reservations, food is served hot and is fresh. Soup is great, Halibut is really good, Service has always been good, definitely a place to visit.

Went on a Friday night around 5:30, had about a 45 min wait, but we'll worth it! Great service, fabulous food, liked the calamari appetizer, grilled seafood plate and salad with fresh grouper! Wonderful ambience- lots of wood, supper club feel. One of my husband's favorite spots!

My wife and I had dinner. We got there without a reservation at about 6:30. We were told that there was a 25 min. wait, so we went to the bar for a drink. It was still happy hour so the drinks were $1 off. We waited about 20 min. and our table was ready. The waitress, Ashley, was very... More

We wanted to check this place out so we set out to test out HH and dinner. $5 apps were good but beware the cracker shrimp and cracker chicken are a bit hot with buffalo sauce. For dinner the four of us had the grouper, boulibaise, the pawnbroker salad and the crab cakes . All four of us were very... More

Description
Walking through the front doors, guests are greeted by the in-house seafood market, where the Prawnbroker showcases their specially chosen fresh fillets of fish and beef, hand-cut on premise, that are sure to tempt the palates of all. To emphasize their commitment to buying local and bringing you the freshest seafood Ft. Myers has to offer, you'll find our hand picked selection straight from the local waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Here you'll get a peek at the sumptuous fare that you'll soon be enjoying from their comfortable yet elegant dining room. Feast your eyes on mouth-watering Snapper, Gulf Shrimp, Softshell Crabs, Mahi Mahi, and the best Grouper Florida has to offer. Small tubs of pale pink creamy shrimp bisque stand in line next to bases for both kinds of chowder - New England style being what the restaurant is most famous for, a nod to the original owners' home region. Diners consistently return to enjoy these favorites plus the greatest Florida Stone crabs (in season) and Maine Lobsters.
