We have been visitors for many, many years and go there regularly a couple of times in our vacation. What seemed and has always been a safe bet has turned into a nogo. Why ? First of all the noise. It has always been lively place but by now the wall of sound is unbearable. As you can nowadays measure... More

I wanted to enjoy the happy hour but was unable to get to the bar and decided to sit at a table. The pricey prickly pear margarita was small. Place is cute and appetizers were good but too expensive. Would not go back.

I love going to Canyon, but I usually only go in the Summer. It's too popular in season, which says something for the caliber of food. It's really good and inventive. I prefer to order several appetizers rather than entrees. Their appetizers are unusual, and they are great to share. If they have the bread pudding for dessert, get it...you... More

We consider Canyon our special occasion restaurant. The food is always amazing. I was disappointed that the Filet mignon was removed from the menu, but the burrito and the pasta were outstanding. Always have the bread pudding for dessert. This is a cool casual, intimate place that we love.

I think the dinner prices are a bit high but happy hour offers great discounts on appetizers. The flat breads are amazing and the wine list is good. Parking can be challenging

Four of us had dinner at Canyon tonight. Enjoyed it as much as I did when I was last here in 2010. Let's face it, any restaurant that has been around that long has got to be good. This place definitely is. If you like margaritas then you should try the prickly pear margarita, I have specialty. The beef tacos... More

Had dinner with some friends this evening and our drinks and food were awesome! We had the Prickly Pear Margarita and it was delicious - just the right amount of flavor and sweetness. I had mine with salt and loved it. We all shared some light bites. We had the Lobster Nachos which were really good! They are individual nachos... More
