Canyon never disappoints, we love sitting at the bar enjoying food from both the new happy hour menu and the main menu. The quality is always fantastic and the service matches it too. A wonderful experience every time!

They are known for their Prickly Pear Margaritas. After one or two of these you won't care how the food tastes. The food however was very good and their bread pudding with flaming berries was the best I've ever had. Unique menu for this area.

There are no reservations so you need to be there 5:30 sharp. You should have time. Plenty of free parking just behind the restaurant. Service is normally spot on.
