It is very open and the food is very good . Love going there. Will go back next month. We will go back to that place next month when we have our feet done.

Fantastic food and great service with tables outside for the smokers and afternoon sun lovers. A wide selection of Eggs Benedict and the best Corned Beef Hash I have ever had.

Whenever I am in Florida visiting family we always go the Hi Tulip for breakfast. The service is always prompt and the grilled muffins are outstanding. If you have a dog you can sit outside on the patio and have your dog at your table. Multigrain pancakes are the best I have ever eaten at a breakfast place. They do... More

We sat on the patio area - nice day. Service was good as was the food but the bill came to $26 for two for breakfast and only one beverage was purchased.

The Waiting time to sit down wasn't so bad considering it was Sunday, the food is delicious and the servers were so incredibly nice and patient! Highly recommend this place for a Saturday or Sunday brunch!

We went around 11:00 am on a Sunday. The place was packed, we waited around 10 -15 minutes to be seated, we ordered right away and it took almost 30 minutes until our food came out. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was just okay. My daughter ordered her favorite the classic egg's benedict. If you are hungry... More

When the restaurant is slow its pretty good all the time. But, when it gets that busy breakfast push from 9:45am - 10:45am they are incapable of handling the business. Waitresses are over whelmed and 1 cook cannot get food out in timely manner and the last 2 times breakfast was cold. Plus it's way to backed up to ask... More

Had been hearing that Hi Tulip was wonderful so we finally made it there. No one was at the door to seat us as it said, wait to be seated. We started walking toward a table and the server said that we could sit anywhere. We waited a little while to be served, but not long. Ordered and it took... More

Nice bright, clean place with a pleasant, cheerful wait staff. Visited several times already. Had both eggs benedict and a terrific reuben sandwich on different visits. Prices are quite competitive with in-town places and especially cheaper than on the water. Will re-visit again and bring the entire family. Enjoy.

Four of us went for breakfast and 4 of us left full and happy /semi-happy. My friends both had Eggs Benedict, my husband had corned beef hash and I had Sweet Potato Pancakes. My husband thought his corned beef hash was marginal, my friends enjoyed their eggs benedict, I LOVED my sweet potato pancakes with a carmel, pecan syrup. I... More
