Had Sunday brunch on Easter this last weekend and it was delicious. Sat outside in the courtyard. Bottomless mimosas, excellent menu, and beautiful view. Staff was very pleasant and good came quickly. Had fried pickles, fried green tomatoes, and pimiento cheese as appetizers. Brunch was biscuits and gravy, fried chicken sandwich, blackened mahi sandwich, grilled pimiento cheese sandwich which was... More

Rooms are quaint and the included breakfast was very good. Great in town location. We enjoyed our stay here and Cassie was most helpful. We were here for my husband's 70th birthday and the hotel couldn't help it poured all day! Bar closes too early but there is a noisy, younger crowd next door. Wish we could have enjoyed the... More

I will begin on a positive note.....location, location, location. This place is in a great location to everything, downtown/restaurants/shopping. Everything is just walking distant, which is what we were looking for to spend a couple of nights in the area. Unfortunately that is all I can say that is positive. To say we were disappointed and unhappy is an understatement.... More

Great spot for brunch. Food is good, especially Chicken & Waffles! They also offer bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys. It does get a little loud, and busy so be prepared. But there is a nice porch area on the back if you need to wait. Very nice place!

Wow...I have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant,,,the portions were huge and the food was excellent,,,our server knew all the history of this wonderful old inn and made our time spent there memorable...we even got to take home some homemade pickles and pickled okra...a must see when you visit Fernandina...

We had been told by our trolley driver Reggie that this was the best fried chicken in the area. We loved the quaint charm of the historic property and that it had a casual dining outdoor section, so decided to check it out. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich and I had a lovely salad with fried chicken added.... More

Couldn't post again for three months on other Florida Inn, so I am adding to my previous post here. I should have waited until our weekend here was over before giving my thoughts about this place. After our Daughters wedding, we got back here at 11pm Saturday evening and had no where to park.. People from the green turtle took... More

Quaint place to stay in Amelia Island, FL that is right in the heart of everything! Everyone working there was fantastic and most accomodating! Great live music next door too while you sit on a scenic patio! Don't forget to try the "Mermaid Slap" when you're there! It's a speciality of the bartender and a local favorite!!
