Horrible customer service experience. Made a special trip to Candymaker to get pralines. My son and I looked around the candy counter for a few minutes and then we dispensed and payed for some ice cream for him while I made my praline purchase. REPEAT, I made a purchase from this store. I payed them money. The young lady running... More

We were full from dinner at "The Back Porch" but we still had to buy some goodies.(right across the street) Kid that waited on us was friendly and knowledgeable. They even had my favorite candy, candied orange peel. Lots of sugarfree choices too.

We tried Candymaker 2 years ago when we were here, and we thought we'd try it again. The chocolate truffles are just average. If you know good fudge, this fudge is not good. Other candy is average, but lots of variety.

I cannot make a trip to Destin without going here several times. I have never had fudge better anywhere that I have traveled to.

Stopped in two nights ago (our last night on vacay) for a sweet snack and I wish I had gone much sooner. This place is super cute. They offer breakfast, coffee treats, a lot of candy, chocolates, truffles, and a lot of souvenirs too! Great prices and good candy! Loved the truffles! If you're staying near "the back porch" it's... We had lunch nearby and stopped in. There is a large selection of in-house made candies as well as nostalgic and popular candies. There are some nautical themed gifts here and books on shells / birds / etc of Florida. As for the claim of largest candy store or candy maker in Florida I would have expected more but it... More
